  My toilet valve was broken and the valve wouldn’t shut the water off. I was very upset, but he calmed me down, fixed the problem quickly and the situation was handled. He was very compassionate and explained everything to me so that I understood the problem. I’m grateful for his service!

  My lights in the kitchen went out. Travon changed out all my lights. It’s nicer and brighter. Timing was quick when I submitted my request. Travon was nice and very professional. Thanks again!

  I’ve been a resident here for about four years now, and the service has been consistently wonderful. The leasing staff is always friendly and made transferring apartments a breeze. Plus, the maintenance team is incredibly efficient whenever something needs fixing. A special shoutout goes to Trevon in maintenance! He is quick to respond, reliable, and does a fantastic job. I was especially impressed by his willingness to dive in and clear out a bunch of bulk trash piled outside the dumpster. No matter how hot it gets, he shows up with a great work ethic to keep our complex looking beautiful.

  Moved in last year and my experience has been great! The maintenance team is on it. Every request we've submitted has been addressed quickly and professionally. I put a work order in for my garbage disposal late last night and Elliott showed up this morning and replaced it in less than 10 minutes. He was quick, informative and even asked if there was anything else we needed done. I'm looking forward to renewing for another year.
