  Working with Kenny Norris over the past two months has been an amazing experience. Moving to another state can be stressful, but he made the entire process feel so much easier from start to finish. From the very beginning, Kenny took the time to meet with us before we were even pre-approved. He helped us find a mortgage company we could trust. Guiding us every step of the way. He was always available to answer questions, give advice, and make sure everything stayed on track. What stood out the most was how much he genuinely cared — even staying at the house on closing day until the previous owners left to make sure everything was completely taken care of. That level of dedication is hard to find. We are so grateful for all of the hard work, time, and effort Kenny Norris put into helping our family make this big move.   Spur-of-the-moment move meant having to sell our house quickly, without having to deal with the back-and-forth of inspections or price negotiations. Mark Spain's team made the process incredibly simple and smooth (any hiccups were from miscommunications with the other side) and we went from finding out about our move to sold within 3.5 weeks! Huge shoutout to Anthony Agro for explaining things so well and being able to work with me having to be out of town for a week due to military obligations - he was a life saver! Trust this team, they know what they're doing, and they won't let you down! 10/10 would use again
