  Mark Spain is in the business of low balling desperate home owners. Unless you need to sell fast and for a much lower price than appraisal use someone else! Idk how these people sleep nights knowing they’re taking advantage of people. The communication from an agent was so condescending I couldn’t believe it. I guess he assumed I’m an idiot! Stay away from them!

  I would recommend Tara to anyone and everyone. This is what customer service meets real estate looks like. I hope that she is or will be in some type of leadership position that lets her train new realtors.

  As a homeowner in this neighborhood, I’m extremely disappointed with how Mark Spain has handled one of the properties they purchased here. The home has sat neglected for years, becoming a major eyesore in a community where homes are well maintained and property values range from approximately $800,000 to over $1 million. Although some work has recently been started, it is clearly unfinished. The gutters are still missing, the fascia is incomplete, and there are several obvious exterior repairs that have not been completed. The home should not have been listed in this condition. Companies that purchase homes in established neighborhoods should take pride in maintaining and completing renovations before putting them back on the market. Instead, this property has detracted from the appearance of our neighborhood for far too long. I hope Mark Spain takes responsibility, finishes the work properly, and shows more respect for the communities where they invest.
