  I just did a walk-in to tour studios and 1b1b apts, Amber did an amazing job explaining everything through and detailed! She was so nice to talk to, very professional and helped me find what I was looking for :)

  Lived here two years. Nothing but issues. Workers were not polite nor helpful. Had to fix the balcony door myself as it wouldn’t close and when it did there was a gap causing my power bill to increase. Maintenance told me deal with it essentially. Several doors won’t close in the apartment and they straight up just won’t fix it. Although they mention it each inspection. First floor smells like cat piss and I mean the entire floor. Downstairs neighbor smokes weed and it makes my apartment smell. Several emails were sent but I finally gave up after nothing changed. (No smoking premises right?) Had a book lice infestation at one point. (This comes with the building and is not a result of cleanliness). This issue was fixed but even dealing with it was enough for me. Ac went out and was fixed after about a week in the middle of summer. Don’t get me started on the elevator. I don’t know what magic they pull to get that thing past inspection but it must be good. It is extremely slow and goes down at least 3-4 times a month. No cameras in parking garage. Have seen people sleeping down there and in the 1st floor lobby. Package room is a disaster. Pool is small compared to other apartments that are cheaper. Only good thing is the view. After they raised the rent on me I finally decided to move down the street and got a place for hundreds less a month with better amenities and more room. (Not to mention workers are happy to answer questions as they should be) Don’t waste your time. Don’t know where these 5 star ratings are coming from.
