  Man I moved in over a month ago and been having major problems with roaches. The bathrooms sinks stay stop up and they charge me 15$ Everytime I have them come spray for bugs. How yall move ppl in knowing the apartment is roach infested? I moved my refrigerator from the wall and roaches was everywhere. I would not recommend nobody moving in these apartments I’m tryna to break my lease now

  Don't rent at these apartments; they will damage your credit no matter what. I just handed back an apartment where I lived for 10 years; they never renovated it or replaced the floors or carpets. I tried to paint it and leave it looking nice, and I always paid my rent on time. Well, because I didn't leave it looking brand new, they suddenly charged me $3,270. I turned in the key on July 2nd, and since it was a holiday, they returned to work on Monday, July 6th, and immediately sent my account to collections without any letter, notice, or time to pay. That is how they quickly ruin your credit. The manager, Vivian, is an arrogant and rude person; she doesn't explain things, she just mocks people and spreads lies to get others to believe her. She turns against the tenants and hits you with a bill for thousands of dollars just because she feels like it—or because I posted a comment about her. People aren't even allowed to express themselves anymore. I hope they replace that kind of person this picture before and after the video they charge the hole in the wall behind the washer all this wall is to moh and you see the video is different in good condition and they charge it, one switch get fired on the wall and the office only move a little up is not my problem and they charge for the floor $1500 is not just

  If I could give this apartment complex zero stars, I would. I lived at Lexington on the Green for more than 10 years (April 2016 through July 2026). During that entire time, I never missed a rent payment and never paid late. I believed being a loyal, responsible tenant would matter. Unfortunately, my move-out experience completely changed my opinion. The apartment was already old when I moved in and had ongoing maintenance issues throughout my tenancy. In my experience, there were recurring mold issues in the walls and bathroom that were never properly remediated. Instead of addressing the underlying problems, I believe only cosmetic touch-ups were performed. The apartment was never significantly renovated during the 10 years I lived there. The bathroom had longstanding issues, and I even paid out of my own pocket to install new bathroom flooring because the problem was not fixed by management. Despite maintaining the apartment and trying to take care of it, I was later presented with more than $3,200 in charges that I strongly dispute. I was charged for floor damage, wall damage, blinds, counters, cleaning, utilities, and other fees. Expecting an apartment occupied for over 10 years to be returned in "like new" condition is simply unrealistic. Normal wear and tear happens over a decade, especially in an older apartment that had existing maintenance issues. What disappointed me the most was that after being a reliable tenant for over 10 years, I felt that my history counted for nothing. Instead of appreciation for years of on-time payments, I was left disputing charges that I believe are unfair and excessive.
