  I've yet to have anything other than a very pleasant experience here. the staff is incredibly helpful, the complex is nice, the surrounding area is great (close to Crossroads), and the community is friendly. Super pet friendly which is always a plus. I'd highly recommend Lake Johnson Mews.

  I read a few of the 1 star reviews and didn't see where they were coming from. I've only seen the best of treatment from the facilities here. The front desk people know us mutually by first name basis and are generally good, giving people. I suspect that the 1 star reviewers might have given the staff here a reason to treat them badly. It goes both ways you know! Other than the staff being courteous and responsive to our needs, the facilities themselves are well kept. The pool area is always clean when it's open. The tennis courts are kept too, there's barely any wear and tear. I'm pretty sure they repave it and paint it every couple years which shows a lot of effort in the details of property management on their part.
