  I let Vera know someone removed the scanner on the tennis courts, so basically anyone can get on the courts. She responded same day and said she would look into the matter.

  I made a simple pool request to the HOA manager (about hosting a scout event), and they went around me and wasted the time of the homeowner, all to simply tell me "no" to my pool request. Quite embarrassing and uncalled for. Extremely unprofessional and a time waste to people who didn't need to be included in any request. It's almost like they are trying to create issues between the homeowner and me the renter. How about just respond to the person who made the request and not waste other people's time who don't need to be included in the request? It makes no sense to me why they would go out of their way to bug someone not involved in the request.

  Keli Allen has been most helpful and responsive when I asked for help with setting up payments and also in arranging repairs in a timely fashion . I could not be more pleased with her customer service!
