From day one, his commitment to quality and his willingness to collaborate closely with us have been completely obvious. Building a home can be stressful, especially when our original Pulte sales agent unexpectedly had to take personal leave. However, our new sales agent, Richard Sin, stepped right in and took an active role alongside Christopher Faller to ensure we didn't miss a beat and received the exact same high quality of service. Both have acted as phenomenal liaisons with Pulte Homes, making sure every detail aligns with their high standards. What we’ve appreciated immensely is Christopher’s incredible accessibility; he was always more than willing to meet with us during an unscheduled walk-through, providing invaluable feedback and updates as the project progressed. His dedication was also on full display during our pre-drywall inspection, where the moment issues were identified, he stepped in immediately and addressed them without delay. It is incredibly reassuring to have someone who takes a genuine, positive interest in the project and shows a true commitment to our satisfaction.

During the sales process, the practical implications of the “AS IS” purchase structure and expired workmanship warranty were not disclosed at all. We put down deposit, entered the contract with good faith. After inspection revealed multiple concerns way beyond ordinary cosmetic wear, we requested repair, resolution or release of our deposit. Instead of working cooperatively, management provided poor customer support throughout the process. It is totally not consistent as is laid out in their national warranty booklet says ‘ you have the right for a clean house’ . We later on realized the contract is heavily favors seller, with no buyer protection. Buyers should carefully review all builder addenda and warranty limitations before signing.
