Do not move here. There is a serious issue with the fire alarm system that is extremely disruptive. Residents are frequently woken up in the middle of the night due to alarms going off at all hours. It feels like there is little to no effective action being taken by property management to address the problem.
+ the smell of the W E E D is everywhere! + noise from people partying after 10pm is very frequent even on business days! You won’t have a proper resting sleep!

The fire alarm goes off almost every week. Today it went off at 4:00 a.m. Last week it was at midnight. Another time it was at 6:00 a.m. etc…..
Here’s what you can expect by living here:
* A heart attack from being awakened by this atrocious noise. There are two massive sirens inside a 500 sq. ft. apartment, and the hallways have around 30 more on each side. It feels absolutely apocalyptic. The worst part is that it’s usually not even a real emergency, just a leak in the garage or some malfunction in their system. Check the other reviews mentioning the fire alarms. It’s horrible.
* My dog has become terrified because of these constant alarms. Every time they go off, he panics and even pees on the floor afterward.
* some residents bring large speakers to the pool, so you get free, loud rap music until 1:00 a.m. If you enjoy sleeping, forget about it, you’ll be exhausted the entire week.
Oh, the courtesy officer exists only on paper. Feel free to call after business hours for an emergency. No one answers, and no one ever calls you back. Amazing service!
After my experience here, the 5-star reviews don’t reflect reality, they sound very much FAKE. Especially knowing how easy to create a new gmail now-days and with AI
I’ve shared only a few screenshots of the emails from the property management about fire alarm, regarding the fire alarm because Google limits the number of photos. Otherwise, I would have included many more.

Do not move here! There is a major fire alarm problem that is very disruptive. You will frequently be woke up by the fire alarms going off at all hours of the night. The property management clearly does not care about the problem and refuses to do anything about it. They really need to have separate unit level and building level fire alarms. I don't need to be woke up just because someone on the other side of the building decided to light up their bong right under their unit's fire alarm at 4am.

Prospective residents should be aware of an ongoing pest infestation issue affecting the entire 5th floor of this community that management has been unable to resolve.
For months, my apartment and other units on the 5th floor have been dealing with hundreds of tiny black bugs despite multiple pest control treatments. This is not an isolated issue. Management acknowledged that the infestation affects the entire 5th floor and also admitted that a similar problem occurred last year. Residents were not proactively informed of the extent of the infestation and only learned more after repeatedly pressing for answers.
What is particularly concerning is that residents are required to pay a monthly pest control fee, yet the infestation continues with no lasting solution. Management’s explanation was that the bugs may subside when colder weather arrives, which is not an acceptable long-term response when residents are expected to live with an ongoing infestation for months.
There is also a lack of transparency regarding pest control services. Pest control frequently performs treatments without leaving service notices or documentation indicating what was done, making it difficult for residents to verify services and monitor whether effective corrective action is being taken.
The fact that this infestation impacts an entire floor of the building, has persisted for months, and reportedly occurred previously raises serious concerns about habitability, maintenance, and communication with residents. No resident should be expected to continue living with a recurring pest problem while paying monthly pest control fees that have not resulted in a resolution.
I am sharing my experience so prospective residents can make an informed decision and current residents know they are not alone if they are experiencing the same issue. I hope ownership and management take meaningful action to identify and eliminate the root cause of this recurring infestation rather than relying on seasonal weather changes to reduce the problem.
