  I want to recognize Mr. Willie, one of the maintenance technicians here, for his outstanding service. On July 4th around 7:00 PM, my air conditioner completely stopped working. Even though it was a holiday evening, Mr. Willie was at my apartment within 30 minutes. After inspecting the unit, he determined that it needed to be completely replaced, which couldn't be done that night. Rather than leaving me without air conditioning, Mr. Willie came up with a temporary solution. He was able to use a fan and make adjustments to get the AC working well enough to keep my apartment cool until the new unit could be installed. I truly appreciate his quick response, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. His dedication and problem-solving made a stressful situation much easier, and I am very grateful for his excellent service.

  We're very happy with the maintenance staff (Ricardo), responsive, kind and efficient. Apartment is good value - construction quality is not great but price is good so it makes up for it. We also appreciate how nice our neighbours are.

  The worst apartments in Raleigh. You can hear everything and I mean everything , bugs had to pay for my own exterminator because the one the apartment complex has is completely trash .. the walk way floods avoid this place at all cost
