  My husband and I recently moved into Channel House, and we just attended the pool party they hosted. It was an absolutely wonderful afternoon! Tatjana and her team did a fantastic job organizing everything. There was a huge selection of delicious food and drinks, and the music created a great atmosphere. Tatjana was incredibly kind and welcoming, making sure we tried all the refreshments. Since we are new to the area, she also shared a lot of helpful information and great tips about living in Raleigh. We are so glad we chose Channel House as our new home. Highly recommended!

  I’ve been a resident for a couple of months now, I’ve worked with Tatyana, and Kathryn. They have always been very responsive, kind and professional. The maintenance team here responds very quickly, and are always respectful and professional. They were able to solve any issues I’ve had. There was a leak upon move-in, and they were willing to open up the wall to confirm that there would be no residual issues moving forward. Not many management teams are willing to cut open walls to make sure the problem is truly solved. I’m very grateful for that! The building is well maintained and cleaned daily. Parking—Here is my honest opinion. It’s not anyone’s favorite but this is not the managements decision. Getting in and out of the garage is not a problem for residents, there is ample parking, however, Kane should not be charging their residents monthly for parking (50) and they should allow our guests to park along with other visitors to the area on the lower decks. As it stands our guests must park on the 8th floor. Management here is very attentive to this, and able to resolve parking citations/issues should they arise with the company who manages the parking deck. With my experience so far, it’s the only thing that is not ideal if you anticipate regular guests often (we are offered roughly 170hrs monthly for visitors.) For me it’s not a personal issue, but it is inconvenient at times. I’ve posted a photo of the Teal ADA Kitchen as there are no pictures that I’ve seen showing the height/layout for counters in ADA spaces. Overall I’m very happy, comfortable, and feel safe here at the Channel House location. I would highly recommend! (Pool party/DJ, Patio overlooking Makers Alley, Teal ADA kitchen)

  Living at Channel House has been great! They hosted a pool party recently and it was a lot of fun with lots of delicious food! I enjoy all the events they put on for the residents!

  Really enjoyed the community pool party this past Saturday! The leasing team did a great job hosting the event by providing Chuys food and beverages! Appreciate the team going the extra mile to ensure residents enjoy their time living at Channel House.

  I’m a resident at Channel House and I had a great time at their annual pool party! It was fun to have a dj, drinks, and so much good food! Really enjoyed my Saturday at the pool
