  From the moment I came in for my tour, Kathryn and Property Manager Tatyana made me feel genuinely welcome. They were friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. What really stands out is how attentive they are to the residents. They truly care about making sure concerns are addressed and work hard to create a positive living experience for everyone. It’s clear they take pride in the community and go above and beyond to make residents feel valued. If you’re looking for a place where the management team is responsive, caring, and committed to providing excellent service, I highly recommend this community. Kathryn and Tatyana have been wonderful to work with!

  I've been living at Channel House for a year and a half now, and I recently renewed my lease because I truly enjoy living here. The location in North Hills is incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and events all within walking distance. The office staff is always friendly, professional, and attentive, and the maintenance team is just as responsive and helpful. Everyone makes sure residents are taken care of and the building is clean. I especially want to recognize Tatyana, who spent hours helping me resolve an issue with parking tickets that resulted from a system error. She was patient, proactive, and made sure everything was taken care of, which I really appreciated. My apartment has also been wonderful. It's quiet, well-maintained, and I rarely hear my next door neighbors, which makes it a very peaceful place to live. I've lived in several apartment communities around Raleigh, and Channel House is by far my favorite. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live with an amazing team and an unbeatable location.

  Worst parking garage in the city. You are guaranteed a ticket and they outsourced the parking to a place is Colorado. Good luck disputing that. Terrible place.
