  Imelda and Angie BOTH have made my living experience simply amazing. From the beginning to almost a year later, of course I will sign another year lease! They do any and everything in their power to provide beyond exceptional customer service. Not only have they been great but service staff is amazing as well. Anytime a service request is needed they are very prompt. The office staff will follow up as well after the request is promptly completed to ensure everything was taken care of. Thank you to Angie and Imelda for ALWAYS going the extra mile being so kind. Being kind means a lot in this world we're living in, we need people like Angie and Imelda! Thank you so much for being so great!!

  I had a great experience living at The Bryn Athyn Apts for 7yrs.The community was well-maintained, quiet, and felt very safe. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and professionally, and the staff was always friendly, responsive, and respectful. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and any concerns I had were addressed in a timely manner. I also appreciated how organized and communicative management was throughout my time living there. It’s was always something going on for the holidays for our friends and family at the office. The pool are was great! Overall, this was one of the best apartment experiences I've had, and I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-run and comfortable place to live. Also I had great neighbors. I moved because my family moved down and I needed a 2 br when they came by. Only reason!!! Thanks to everyone there. I greatly enjoyed and appreciate all you have done.

  I lived at at Bryn Athyn for 2 years and overall it had been very pleasant experience. Had it been not for my job, I would have never moved out of this place. The location is great—close to public transit,grocery stores,school and very peaceful East Fork Mine trail with a stream, etc right behind the apartments. The neighborhood is very quiet and welcoming. The apartments is spacious and well-maintained with decent natural light and extra storage. I felt the kitchens could be little big but considering these are old construction, that's acceptable. What's good is that in-spite of being old buildings, the maintenance team has kept them very well maintained. During my two year tenure, I never had to chase maintenance team, they were very responsive and prompt. Rent is reasonable for the area, and the leasing process right from start of the lease to lease end has been fairly straightforward and very transparent. Management is also helpful. I started with Marquita and ended with Angelina they both have been great. A special thanx Imalda for making our move-out process so easy.

  Recently moved in, I love the atmosphere of the community. Management has made my transition into my new home a wonderful experience!
