I applied for an apartment in March and was denied due to a fraud alert on my credit report. When I initially asked why my application was denied, no one could provide an explanation until the denial was officially processed in their system. Once I received the denial letter, I learned the reason was the fraud alert. I was then told that if I removed the fraud alert and reapplied, I would likely be approved—but only after I had already paid the application and administrative fees.
Since my application was denied, I was informed that my $200 administrative fee would be refunded. I was told the refund process could take up to 8 weeks. I waited the full 8 weeks and received nothing.
I then contacted the office and requested an address change because I had relocated from another state. I was told to allow an additional 2 weeks for processing. I waited more than 2 weeks and still received nothing.
I called again, went through the address update process a second time, and was told that support would expedite the refund and that I should receive it within 1–2 weeks. Once again, nothing arrived.
It is now June, several months after my application was denied, and I still have not received my $200 refund despite multiple follow-ups and repeated assurances that it was being processed. The lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through has been extremely frustrating. I simply want the refund that I was promised.

"It has been a pleasure to live in this community for the past 3 years. [Landyn] has been nothing but the best to [me]. I am appreciative of everything he has done to accommodate me whenever he shows up to complete a work order. He was very kind and professional plus knowledgeable about my issues and fixed each one of them. He got the job done quickly and cleaned up after himself. He also made sure all of my questions and concerns was answered before he left. Bridgeport is blessed to have him as apart of their team.

Bogus false advertisement the amenities doesn’t fit the criteria they want you to have to live here they act as if you are renting a 10,000 a month penthouse asking to see bank statements how dare you think you need access to someone else’s bank statements the audacity.

The location, office staff, and amenities are all lovely! Unfortunately, it is soiled by the fact that the community (the 3 bedroom building specifically) has a German roach infestation which could not be solved with weekly pest control treatments during my entire 9 month lease here.
Renewal offers were an increase on the already high prices as to be expected when renting from a corporate company, but not okay when you have a serious pest control issue.
