Bogus false advertisement the amenities doesn’t fit the criteria they want you to have to live here they act as if you are renting a 10,000 a month penthouse asking to see bank statements how dare you think you need access to someone else’s bank statements the audacity.

The location, office staff, and amenities are all lovely! Unfortunately, it is soiled by the fact that the community (the 3 bedroom building specifically) has a German roach infestation which could not be solved with weekly pest control treatments during my entire 9 month lease here.
Renewal offers were an increase on the already high prices as to be expected when renting from a corporate company, but not okay when you have a serious pest control issue.

I do not recommend this property.
They charge $275 in application fees, deny applications without clear or substantiated justification, and keep your money.
Before applying, I confirmed that standard income documentation such as paystubs and employment verification would be accepted. After payment, the process changed and I was required to connect my bank account to a third-party system—something that was never disclosed beforehand.
I provided legitimate, verifiable documentation from a legally registered business that reports income at both Puerto Rico and U.S. federal levels. Instead of verifying it, they claimed the documents “appeared modified” without giving any opportunity to clarify.
This reflects a lack of transparency, inconsistency in their process, and serious concerns about how applicants are evaluated.
This matter is being escalated to the appropriate authorities.

At no point was I given a fair or transparent opportunity to provide alternative documentation. The process changed after payment, introducing a requirement to link my personal bank account to a third-party system (Verifast), which was never disclosed beforehand. I made the decision to stop the process at that point due to concerns regarding privacy, lack of transparency, and professionalism not because I was “unable” or “refused” to provide valid documentation.
It is important to emphasize that I had already provided legitimate, verifiable income documentation from a legally registered business that reports income at both the Puerto Rico and U.S. federal levels. Dismissing such documentation as “fraudulent or edited” without proper verification or due process is a serious claim. From a professional and legal standpoint, making such assertions without substantiated evidence reflects poor evaluation standards and raises concerns about compliance and fair housing practices.
Additionally, this situation highlights a clear lack of understanding regarding Puerto Rico’s status as a U.S. jurisdiction. Documentation originating from Puerto Rico is federally valid, though structurally different something any competent management company should be equipped to assess.
For clarity: I was not denied due to insufficient documentation I chose not to proceed with a process that lacked transparency, consistency, and professionalism.
This matter remains under review with the appropriate entities.
Fortunately, I have secured housing through a company-backed arrangement, where my employer covered a full year in advance specifically to avoid situations like this and to ensure engagement with professionally managed communities.
I stand by my original review.

Went for a tour today as this was a property I was looking to move into.a woman laying on the couch..with a laptop semi greeted me..still laying on couch..gave me keys and told me to walk a few buildings down and I will find them.found one..no explanation on services..gave me a paper and told me she emailed me.. all while still laying down on couch!

Excellent office team and maintenance staff! Easy egress with traffic signal on Glendower. Treed grounds house songbirds which can be heard from our porch. Clean pool and exercise room. Beautiful trees and walking access to Lake Lynn trail. Competitive rents. Professional insect control is available by making a request. We’ve lived here for 20 years! In 2005 we rented a 3 bedroom apartment and in 2012 we moved to a 2 bedroom apartment. The maintenance is excellent. Non emergency maintenance usually receives attention within 24 hours and emergency requests receive immediate attention. The fire alarm and sprinkler systems have recently been upgraded. The trash pickup system from outside our apartment door on weekday evenings is very convenient. The office staff are always very professional, welcoming and helpful.
