"I cannot thank 1st Ms Courtney and the staff enough for the exceptional care they provided while helping my mother transition into her new apartment. Moving can be incredibly overwhelming, but everyone Ms Courtney got involved from Ms Holly, Ms Cassandra, and Ms Mariah and the maintenance team were so patient, compassionate, and attentive to her needs. The things needed to done in her unit was done immediately!! They truly treated her like family and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Highly recommend!"

Mom and I toured with Krystina not too long ago and it was one of the best we had so far. She was showed us around the property, answered all our questions and very friendly with us. She greeted the other residents that were at the pool and they knew her by name as she asked how they were doing. 😊 She even followed up with us after our tour, answered my questions via email. We were very impressed with her and the property. She is truly one of a kind! ❤️

I recently had a maintenance issue with my unit that raised some concerns. Krystina made sure those concerns were heard and followed through on. Holly did not hesitate, when asked, to go above and beyond to rectify the issue. Thanks to the supportive staff for doing what they do!

This place will offer no solution to parking, there is no parking available by my apartment ever, everyone parks in handicap spaces and on the edges, I parked for a week in a spot everyone else also parks in and was towed. Funny thing to do to someone who pays rent on time causes no problems and was not given any warning. ALSO have never or would ever park in a handicap like the rest of these people do. They are not actively towing other cars as I see people violating the parking rules everyday. So if you move here expect to be parking 4 parking lots away from your apartment if you get home from work at night. Not sure what the front office does all day as they don’t answer messages either.

My family and I were having a birthday party at the pool in the clubhouse and we were informed it was first come first serve. We showed up at around 10am as that’s when it opened and asked the manager on duty if she would kindly unlock the clubhouse so we could start setting up for our party. She told us she wasn’t aware of where the key was or who has it or if it would even be opened. (We called the previous day and they gave us the information following it would be opened at 10am and is first come first serve) Moving forward we were able to get the door open ourselves and began to set up. After TWO HOURS of putting up balloons and a cute small banner, the manager comes out and informs us we aren’t allowed to have ANY decorations which was strange to me because we have lived there for 8 years and this was NEVER a problem. She proceeded to ask if I had a wrist band of some sort and I told her no I was just helping decorate because there was a lot to do that the people on the lease had shortly left to gather some things from the apartment and were heading back. Which I believe I explained to her kindly that it had never been an issue and why wait 2 HOURS when we had just spoken to her that morning to wait and come speak to us. The residents on the lease arrive and she tells them the agreement and policies have changed that EVERY SINGLE RESIDENT had to sign the agreement and would receive wristbands to be allowed in the pool, which was interesting to me because NOT ONE SINGLE resident at the pool had a wrist band or knew of this agreement. ( It was packed this day.) We brush it off and take down the decorations and proceeds with the party. Another family shows up expressing they “reserved” the clubhouse and had the keys for the clubhouse why were we in there? Again we were just told the previous day it was first come first serve. She told us one of the maintenance crew had given her the key personally to reserve it for herself and it didn’t have to be shared. Thankfully the manager addressed it and made it very clear it is to be shared which of course was no issue for us. That her having the key was inappropriate and it should have never been in her hands. After a few hours a young woman with red hair in a bikini that “claims” to work in the office starts causing issues between the two parties stating that there should be no decorations of any sort and that everything need to be put away or “ The pool will be closed down for the summer”. We explained to her that BOTH parties had spoken to the manager and the situation was already addressed; and that we will very obliviously be cleaning up after ourselves. She stated “ I don’t care what you all do but if my manager finds out on Monday we will be bitched out for not saying something”. Shortly after we began speaking with the other young lady that was having a separate party the same young woman with the red hair came back in drinking yelling at her children and being very rude and passive aggressive towards them. This is highly inappropriate. The issue at hand is for one why is no one else being asked to sign the agreement and wearing wristbands (nor the young lady having the other party with many invited guests)? For two why is your employee that “Isn’t on the clock” yelling at children and openly drinking at the pool..? As well as some of the maintenance team with GLASS bottles of alcohol. These rules should apply to EVERYONE because this is an embarrassment for your team. Now i clearly understand why this management isn’t able to keep employees for long periods of time. They also pay almost $2000 in rent here and I believe it’s just a little crazy that there are so many strict rules and regulations that everyone is supposed to follow but they are picking and choosing who gets to follow them. As well as a few decorations have caused this much of an issue. It has been decided we will NOT be having gatherings or using the pool any longer because it was a horrible experience for MANY residents. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE.
