  I used to live here, got called the police twice because of me playing a djembe drum and doing noise and backflips inside my room 😅😅😅!! I guess It felt too much like home!! I also had fun. Really a nice place to live for a while!!

  When I first toured this community, I really loved what I saw. However, once I made the decision to move forward, the process became frustrating due to several mishaps. Despite those challenges, I was patient and understanding throughout the experience. Moriah was incredibly helpful, and patient She was always professional and did her best to address my concerns, which I truly appreciated and it really played a huge part in me continuing the process. Now that I've moved in and am beginning to get settled, I've noticed residents smoking in what is supposed to be a smoke-free community and trash being left around the property for days. I'm hopeful these concerns will be addressed. I really want this to be a great place to live. I hope I made the right decision making this my new home in a new city and to be able to leave a more positive review in the upcoming months.

  Five stars for Krystina Hall and the Bacarra team! I’ve been a resident here for a few years, and the current staff is fantastic. Krystina was incredibly helpful during my most recent lease renewal and is always polite and attentive whenever I reach out. The maintenance team here is also top notch, they are prompt, cool, and super efficient whenever something needs to be taken care of around the property or my apartment. Every interaction I’ve had with them has been easy and pleasant, which makes living here a great experience.

  "I cannot thank 1st Ms Courtney and the staff enough for the exceptional care they provided while helping my mother transition into her new apartment. Moving can be incredibly overwhelming, but everyone Ms Courtney got involved from Ms Holly, Ms Cassandra, and Ms Mariah and the maintenance team were so patient, compassionate, and attentive to her needs. The things needed to done in her unit was done immediately!! They truly treated her like family and made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Highly recommend!"

  Mom and I toured with Krystina not too long ago and it was one of the best we had so far. She was showed us around the property, answered all our questions and very friendly with us. She greeted the other residents that were at the pool and they knew her by name as she asked how they were doing. 😊 She even followed up with us after our tour, answered my questions via email. We were very impressed with her and the property. She is truly one of a kind! ❤️
