I have been a resident here for 2 years. For the cost and location, not a bad value. Some renovations have been done. Honestly, some not done well. Over all, with the great staff and their continued efforts to accommodate the residents needs I can't really complain. There has been "pushback" with parking enforcement, however it benefits the entire complex not having to worry about others taking up multiple spaces. My only criticism would be to bring someone in to redraw the lines for parking, making them clear to see. Also, more staff is needed to handle maintenance issues.

Apartment staff are ridiculous - towed my car with the tire just being on the line. Because of this and other frustrations, I’d suggest folks look elsewhere

BEWARE OF THE CONSTANT BREAK-INS.
I lived here for 3 years, as time went by and new management came the place got worse and worse. My house was broken into and they didn’t do anything. I asked for some sort of security and they didn’t do anything.
My car was also broken into in conjunction with at least 11 other neighbors and they didn’t do anything.
The new management team isn’t any better. They are rude and incompetent. They told me that I would not be getting my deposit back regardless of the good condition of my apartment because it’s their new policy.
The team has failed to provide security or proper care of the property. The gym was broken for months and homeless people slept there. The pools are never open. I asked them to cut a branch that was hanging from building 6108. They didn’t and days later it fell on a neighbor’s car.
They don’t do anything about people who don’t live there using the facilities. I have found drunken and high teenagers at the gym who don’t live there. I’ve called for someone to do something nothing was done.
THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH WHAT THEY CHARGE.

We lived here for multiple years. What I will say is I would recommend living anywhere else. Between mold and unreliable office staff who truly, truly do not care about anything you say, this is the worst place I have ever stayed. I have been spoken down to by one of the male staff there when I was complaining due to our air being out for over a week in the summer as if it was not their job to deal with. Worst of all is how slow maintenance staff is. They allowed terrible water damage to take place in our apartment due to their lack of response, twice. We had to press them to change the carpet even after we discovered it had grown mold due to their neglect, which they still did not do. They only changed a small area of the pad under the carpet. Hopefully, they have ripped it all up now. Again, live anywhere else.
