  this apartment complex is overpriced for their amenities inside and out of the building. the pools are often closed and the leasing management does a poor job of responding to any concerns or complaints. what i do like about this complex is their floor plan options and maintenance requests are usually taken care of in an appropriate amount of time.

  I wanna say how awesome Amanda was with greeting us with great customer service and making us feel right at home from the very beginning applying for our apartment. She definitely get all 5. Very great renovations at the apartments as well

  I have been a resident here for 2 years. For the cost and location, not a bad value. Some renovations have been done. Honestly, some not done well. Over all, with the great staff and their continued efforts to accommodate the residents needs I can't really complain. There has been "pushback" with parking enforcement, however it benefits the entire complex not having to worry about others taking up multiple spaces. My only criticism would be to bring someone in to redraw the lines for parking, making them clear to see. Also, more staff is needed to handle maintenance issues.
