  This complex has been the worst renting experience of my life. The staff does not communicate whatsoever. I moved into a unit without seeing the exact one beforehand. There was many things inside the unit that were broken, dirty, or needed to be replaced/repainted. Almost every major appliance was broken or broke soon after I moved in. I voiced all these concerns to the office and was told I would hear back soon. After many calls, emails and visits to the office almost nothing was done. It’s now been 71 days without a functioning dryer. Maintenance has also changed my locks three times without any warning. Two of those times they left me without a key to get back into my unit. I would not recommend this complex to ANYONE.

  Great location but ever since new property management has taken over it’s been TERRIBLE, cannot get anyone in the leasing office on the phone & I’ve had maintenance orders for over a month go unresolved.

  I've lived here for about two years and the maintenance is mediocre. The air conditioner broke down and I requested service. It's been a week and a half and nothing has happened. They came and left a window air conditioner on the floor without even installing it. I went to the office to ask and they told me they were going to send someone, but nothing happened. I had to pay someone to install the window air conditioner because that thing is ridiculously heavy to do it by myself and the worst part is that the thing barely works 😡😤 my apartment has been at 80 to 84°F constantly i can't even sleep Other example of this is that I had a leak in the window that soaked everything, and when they came to fix it, they left a mess of Great Stuff on the window, in the carpet and in the door (why???!) They charge around 20 dollars to come and pick up trash at the door Sunday to Thursday and rarely they do it the 5 days they are supposed to so why are you guys charging us for ???

  This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Their maintenance sucks and I feel they don't care at all. 7 months going back and forth to fix my window and my bathroom sink. They just decided to do something but made it worse. They removed the old sink but realized they bought the wrong one, took them days to bring the right one but it's still sitting there. I think their maintenance can't fix it but don't want to hire a professional just to save money. I don't have a sink for over a week now. The window issue they don't even talk about it. Also complained about the late night noise but it's still going. I'm looking for another place right now.
