  Great place to live if you ever decide to pay for maintenance and pest control but decide, "Hey, I'm going to do it myself since the dishwasher has been broken for almost the entire time I've lived here." Oh, and you've got to join this place when they overcharge you your month's rent, even though you've called them and talked to them face-to-face 6 separate times within months into your 12-month lease, they still overcharge you. Totally come by!

  RENTERS BEWARE. Andover is abdicating their legal responsibility to deliver my security deposit refund, even though I have proof they never sent it. They say they lost the records. How do you lose tenant records in less than one year? They won't even respond to my inquiries and have been ghosting instead. Very unprofessional. After years of model tenancy and never being late on rent, they still don't even have the decency to assist me by looking into this error. I think it's silly to drag Andover to small claims court over a small refund + lawyer fees, but what else can I do if they won't even respond?

  My 15 months here were amazing. I can’t think of another place in Raleigh. I will live. Thank you for everything.

  this apartment complex is overpriced for their amenities inside and out of the building. the pools are often closed and the leasing management does a poor job of responding to any concerns or complaints. what i do like about this complex is their floor plan options and maintenance requests are usually taken care of in an appropriate amount of time.
