  We are currently staying here while looking for a permanent home, and couldn’t be happier we chose to stay here! The furnishings are cozy and perfect for us, if we have questions they are answered quickly, and the amenities are incredible!

  Hey guys so I moved into regency park and the experience is everything great people the best community and very friendly My experience is great here got everything u need a pool a gym and a great venue I promise Vicky will take good care of yall and the moving process is very quick and reliable a 1-3 bedroom good place for the kids or for the wife’s or even if u solo easy 5 stars

  I stay here at Address East End 1-2 weeks per month while in Raleigh on business. The staff couldn’t be more friendly and are always available if you should need anything. The apartment (rooms) are SUPER CLEAN and fully stocked and equipped as advertised. The pool and clubhouse are equally as clean and are what you’d expect to find in a 5-star resort hotel. Absolutely, over the top amazing! I will never stay anywhere but at this property while here on business! Amazing property!

  Exceptionally clean, comfortable, and family and pet friendly. I highly recommend this place for a local stay when you have family and pets in tow. They have a dedicated pet walk/play area, and all kinds of family friendly amenities. This is also an apartment complex for permanent homes so being mindful of that. I do enjoy the fact that there are elevators to each floor and not just stairs which was important to me as I cannot climb stairs readily. Parking is a mild challenge as its assigned parking, but nothing major, and they do have visitor parking spaces.
