  Working with Destiney was a great experience from start to finish. As the buyer’s agent on one of her listings, I really appreciated how down to earth, fair, responsive, and understanding she was throughout the transaction. It truly felt like we were working as a team toward the same goal of making sure everyone was happy in the end. Destiney was always prompt with communication, willing to help, and easy to work with. I was able to genuinely build a relationship with her rather than the transaction feeling strictly business, which made the entire experience enjoyable for me and helped create a smooth process for my buyers. I would absolutely be happy to work with her again!

  I chose Sarah Hall with Cole Realtors in Wake Forest almost entirely on blind faith, and I could not have made a better choice. I have bought and sold more than 13 homes in my lifetime, so I have worked with many real estate professionals. Without a doubt, Sarah and the entire Cole Realtors team provided the best real estate experience I have ever had. Sarah was professional, personable, prompt, incredibly knowledgeable, and always on top of every detail. She made the entire process feel seamless and gave me complete confidence from beginning to end. It is rare to find someone who combines genuine warmth with this level of professionalism and expertise. Sarah Hall is an absolute gem, and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone buying or selling a home. Five stars simply aren't enough. Thank you, Sarah for an exceptional experience!

  We have known and trusted Phil for many years, and he brings that same integrity, professionalism, and genuine care to his work in real estate. Phil is currently helping my aunt navigate the purchase of a home in North Carolina while she is living in Idaho, and he has been exceptional throughout the process. He has taken the time to understand exactly what she is looking for and consistently recommends properties that align with her needs, preferences, and priorities.   Where to even begin.. Unfortunately for us we didn't find Amber the first time we were looking for houses. Instead we ended up in a situation where the truth got blurred constantly and there was never an ending in sight. After many, many closing dates came and went, we walked away. Thankfully for us.. we walked right into Amber and A Cole Realty. She got right down to business getting to know us and EXACTLY what we wanted in a home. Within hours she put together a long list of homes that she carefully chose due to our preferences. She did such a fantastic job we found our home that day! Within 30 days we closed. She was able to work with the sellers to get us what we needed at closing. It was, dare I say, easy? Especially compared to the non stop head ache of our first experience. I cannot recommend them enough. This is what home buying should be like. Thank you Amber and A Cole Realty for finding us our beautiful home!

  I honestly can’t say enough good things about Alex. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions you’ll ever make, and I was fortunate to have someone who genuinely cared about helping me find the right home—not just a home. From our first conversation, Alex took the time to get to know me, understand what I was looking for, and what mattered most to me. At every showing, he was incredibly knowledgeable and honest. He never tried to sell me on a house that wasn’t right for me. Instead, he pointed out things I never would have noticed, answered every question with patience, and gave thoughtful advice that always put my best interests first. I never once felt pressured to move faster than I was comfortable with. What impressed me most was how available and dependable Alex was throughout the entire process.
