  We used Amber Cole DO NOT use her. She’s a rookie. She uses her last name to market herself, but she is clueless about the whole home buying process. Throughout the process, even though this was a full cash offer, she let things slide, never made sure that the inspection was done properly, the HOA listing was incorrect, and she continued with that data without making sure that it had been verified, she and her administrative assistant were scratching each other’s back the whole time without producing valid data. Good thing I used my own lawyer. She will try to push hers, which would have been a complete disaster. My guess is her sister and the other agents might be certified, but this lady is beyond incompetent.

  We got strong recommendation from a friend to work with Alex Harter to buy a house in Wakeforest, NC. Our daughter lives in Durham and we want to move from Ohio to NC to be near her. Buying a house long distance IS NOT A CAKE WALK. Alex is very responsive to our needs and very quick to visit all the homes that we requested him to do. He provided pictures and videos of the homes, pointed out the questionable aspects of the homes which helped us avoiding making several unwise home offers. Since we had to make a decision to buy the house without actually seeing it, Alex's honest opinions and factual information is vital to an out-of-town buyer like us. Alex helped us negotiate concessions from the seller to pay for most of the repairs found in the inspection report. He also recommended good contractors for various services for the house. His team is also very quick to provide us answers throughout the whole process. We are very happy with Alex and A Cole Realty and highly recommend them to any buyer.
