  Kudos to Lexie as she is truly running the show here , doing it all by herself! She is a ray of sunshine from the minute you walk in the door. A true professional & an asset to The Guild for sure!

  The Guild is a beautiful place and Lexie the leasing agent is the best! She is thorough and very knowledgeable! Makes you feel at ease with any questions or concerns definitely great at her job!

  Great place to live! Move in was smooth, and the leasing office staff are very friendly and accommodating. Our apartment was squeaky clean on move in day. The amenities are great. Parking is free, but a fee to park underground. Great businesses--restaurants, coffee shop, nail spa, gas station and more to come--just steps from our lobby. We feel safe and secure here.

  Great place, wonderful workers who display a passion for their job. Not to mention the location is very nice and the area surrounding the building is being developed further with restaurants, bars, and more to come
