Manny has been amazing he fixed my AC so quickly and took care of every issue that came up in my townhouse. And Elfrida and Joanna are also incredibly helpful and professional whenever I call or stop by the office. Their excellent customer service and prompt attention to maintenance requests have made living here a great experience. I truly appreciate everything they do and highly recommend this community!

The team has been extremely responsive, kind, and proactive with follow-up, which I’ve really appreciated. I had a few issues with my washer/dryer and refrigerator right after moving in, and everything was addressed within a little over 24 hours, even over a holiday weekend. Maintenance also quickly fixed another issue with my disposal, again within 24–48 hours. Everyone has been very nice and easy to work with. So far, the property is very clean, the neighborhood is beautiful, and I’m really enjoying living here.

Also, if you have any concerns with management where you need to get in contact, good luck. No one is ever available. Maintenance request will take over a week to be looked at and completed.
- ATAnita ThompsonNov 18, 20222.0I've had no issues here, thought it might be somewhere I could stay comfortably until I saved towards a down-payment to purchase a home.....that is until it was sold 3 months after I moved in and the rent skyrocketed...decided it was not a good idea to decorate or unpack...I can't imagine the renewal offers being less than the published price if not more. Property is nice and clean and the area is quiet but for the current advertised price of $2700 per month you might as well purchase and not be connected to anyone and offer some amenities such as a work out facility, pool or community grill. This could've been a nice place to call home but I guess that way of thinking doesn't equate to profit.
