  I absolutely love living here. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Thom and the maintenance team are the best ever and the front desk are always so quick to help. The dining room and kitchen make life easy when you don't cook and the food is always good. Ryan is so nice and the bus trips are fun.

  I’m very pleased with the excellent customer service that was demonstrated by Carlo, who works at the Dorchester and Manor. Today he assisted me when my delivered package was missing and found it for me. I appreciate it very much, Carlo! The employees here at Dorchester and Manor are very pleasant. Every time I request assistance any of the employees, from front desk to housekeeping, maintenance, dining room and management, they have been very willing to assist me. I also want to recognize that there is excellent teamwork among the employees. Thank you to you all.

  Maintenance Luis came and fixed my client air-conditioning. He is awesome!!! And we didn't have to wait all day. Thank you again 😊

  I know the front desk rep Lisa S and I’ve been here during their harvest festival, I had a great time and everyone should experience what the Dorchester and The Manor have to offer

  I called for information on homing a relative and spoke with Lisa Honeycutt who was very helpful, polite and courteous. I will be looking to the dorchester in the future.
