  Jack Tickle is a real find. He was great with helping us thru the hard process of building a home. He was honest and very knowledgeable. He actually sent us for advice to a wonderful connection that helped us too. So honest and so sweet. I would recommend him as the best rep ever.

  My wife and I are retired. We visited Oakwood Homes because we are exploring purchasing property and our options for housing on the property. We met with Jack Tickle and explained what we were looking for. He was extremely helpful in explaining our options and the differences (pricing and structural) between manufactured homes and modular homes. There is no substitute for experience. Jack has spent his career in the business of housing and it shows. If you are in search of a new house I would highly recommend that you make an appointment with Jack.

  Bruce made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Great people, very helpful. Don, was very helpful with showing around the home on the day of getting keys as well!

  I went to try to look into demolishing my moms home and buying a new home in its place. Jack Tickle was the Rep that assisted me. He seem very knowledgeable in his job and was willing to assist me in the best way financially feasible that I could possibly get into the home I was wanting. He was very nice and polite. However, I am not going to buy the home due to home circumstances, I would consider Oakwood Homes in the future if I was going to buy a home.
