  Jack is amazing! We went in the office today as first time home buyers, wondering how this process works & if we are eligible to buy. Jack answered all of our questions & exceeded our expectations. He is the most knowledgeable person around & he is straight forward so he isn’t wasting anyone’s time. He told us exactly what we need to do & we will definitely be going back in a few months to purchase our first home from him!   My friend Emma & I stopped in to take look at some of their lot models. Mr. Jack Tickle was super kind, informative, and patient. He answered all of our questions, and was so patient. If you stop by, I highly suggest you ask for Jack! Thank you for all of the information sir!
