  Sean was awesome to work with from start We honestly never thought building a home was something we could do, but he made the whole experience much easier than we expected. Anytime we had questions or something came up, Sean was quick to help and make sure it got taken care of. He was always friendly, patient, and easy to work with. We really appreciate everything he did to help make our new home a reality!

  We had an amazing experience working with Sean at Ryan Homes. We never imagined that building a home would be possible for us, but Sean made the entire process feel achievable and guided us every step of the way. Whenever we ran into a hiccup, he was always there to help, find a solution, and get things sorted out. We truly appreciate his patience, communication, and dedication throughout the process. We’re so grateful for all of his help and couldn’t be happier with the outcome of our house!

  We have had such a wonderful experience purchasing our new Ryan Home in Lotus Ridge. From the very beginning, Sean, the Sales Manager, and Kevin, the Project Manager, have been exceptional. Sean has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire buying process. He has always taken the time to answer our questions and has made us feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. Kevin has also been wonderful to work with. He has kept us informed throughout the construction process, explained everything clearly, and has been very attentive to the details of our new home. We truly appreciate his professionalism and how much he cares about making sure things are done right. Buying and building a new home can be stressful, but Sean and Kevin have made this experience exciting and enjoyable for us. We are so grateful for all of their help and are looking forward to moving into our beautiful new home at Lotus Ridge. We would definitely recommend Ryan Homes and especially Sean and Kevin to anyone considering building a new home!

  We'd been through months of stress considering paying almost half a million dollars for something that needs more work, isn't really what we wanted, etc. Then we found this neighborhood, and we're so grateful. Not only are we getting what we wanted, picking our finishes (cabinets, floors, countertops)...it's an open concept, clean, modern home everything new and under warranty. Drew also made it easy 🙌 he was knowledgeable, friendly, down to earth and professional. If you're having a hard time in this market, seek out this option. It was perfect for us. If we have to spend more to get back into the housing market at least we're getting what we want for the cost.
