- NBNicole ByrdJun 25, 20265.0We'd been through months of stress considering paying almost half a million dollars for something that needs more work, isn't really what we wanted, etc. Then we found this neighborhood, and we're so grateful. Not only are we getting what we wanted, picking our finishes (cabinets, floors, countertops)...it's an open concept, clean, modern home everything new and under warranty. Drew also made it easy 🙌 he was knowledgeable, friendly, down to earth and professional. If you're having a hard time in this market, seek out this option. It was perfect for us. If we have to spend more to get back into the housing market at least we're getting what we want for the cost.
