Noel is one of the most genuine professionals we’ve ever dealt with. He was thorough, he got back to us in a timely manner and we truly enjoyed his company. Too bad more people don’t have the integrity that Noel possesses. He’s a great asset to Ryan Homes, in our opinion.

- HSH SwinsonJul 27, 20253.0Be aware this is not a true 55+ community if you want no kids. We as residents don’t have kids but the surrounding neighborhoods do. They use our community as a gateway. On scooters, motorbikes, ATWs. They fly through here like a play ground and even use the common storage as a dirt park. Not sure but that’s why we moved to a 55+ to not have that or kids running around. MANY residence are unhappy and feel as though they have been Misled. Many calls have been made to the sherif. Also be aware there is a road coming through the neighborhood Adjacent to us, and they cut through. Just need all the facts!
