  Softwind is a great property management company. As a renter, all issues, if I had any, were promptly taken care of. They are very easy to work with. I was completely satisfied with all aspects of my time in their house. They cared about my experience as a tenant. They cared about the property like an owner would. I would not have any issues recommending them as a landlord from the tenant or owners perspective.

  Julie has gone above and beyond from the beginning to the end with outstanding communication explaining everything throughout the whole process. Even after closing, she was meeting people at the residence as I could not be there to let people in for upgrades. Thanks again for a great buying experience.
