  After managing our rental properties ourselves for many years, we decided it was time to bring in a professional property manager. Knowing Julie’s strong reputation as a real estate agent, we reached out to see if she would be interested—and we’re so glad she said yes. Since Softwind Property Management took over, our stress has decreased significantly. Our properties are well maintained, and thanks to Julie’s expert rental analysis, our income has actually increased compared to when we were self-managing. In fact, it has increased enough to cover all property management fees plus increase our portion as well. She has also helped update several of our rentals, allowing us to secure higher rental rates. We’ve been especially impressed with her thorough screening process, which consistently brings in tenants who are a great fit. Julie has exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property manager.

  Julie has gone above and beyond from the beginning to the end with outstanding communication explaining everything throughout the whole process. Even after closing, she was meeting people at the residence as I could not be there to let people in for upgrades. Thanks again for a great buying experience.

  I spent a year in one of Softwind Realty LLC’s rental homes and loved every minute of it. Any time I had a question or an issue, it was always answered/resolved quickly. Julie was absolutely amazing to work with and I appreciate her being so great. The whole process was smooth from beginning to end and I definitely recommend anyone searching for a rental to check them out!
