  Allison & the entire staff at Tailrace Marina have been nothing but attentive, caring & honestly people since FOREVER. My husband & I have lived here for years, during this time this building has done nothing but improve. Yes, there may be an issue with the parking deck ceiling & the coffee machine in the game room but the upgrades are happening. We just received a brand new coffee machine in the game room & the parking deck, idk guys 😅 it’s not in their entire lot, just certain spots which yes, is annoying regardless. Nevertheless, Residence at Tailrace Marina has done nothing but shown improvement for 7+ years. Not a lot of police but we do see ambulances, different sirens. My husband & I appreciate all the amenities & everything this place has to offer. The pool is always on point, no complaints (from a 1st floor tenant) 🤣 Food lions, Walmart Supercenter, Subway, Chinese Two, Nail Salons, Pizza places, Hair Salons, Marina, Tuckaseege Park, CVS, Walgreens, Chiropractor, Dentist, Urgent Care, Chiropractor, MyEyeDr, Gas Stations, Car Wash, the list goes on for the convenience of this location alone. 1,000 out of 10. Best decision we made, thanks y’all 💜

  This is a great place to live. I’ve been here for 4 years now and I’ve moved to three different apartments. So I wouldn’t stay if it wasn’t good. Allie is the manager and she is really good to work with. The staff here is awesome. The good/responsible residence would agree with me. It’s the ones who are entitled with no brains that you have to watch out for. They never take responsibility and always try to blame others for their mistakes. Keep up the great work Tailrace!!! See you next time I need to renew!

  Beautiful condo, I was giving someone something and had my hands full, the leasing agent walked by the door both times and just looked at me and walked away. She didn’t know if I was a resident or not and she chose to continue with her phone instead of just opening the door. It’s common courtesy from ANYONE to see someone struggling, but the leasing agent or manager. Come on now. That’s so rude.
