  I’ve been living here for 2 years and it’s okay. They didn’t show me the actual floor plan and unit until the day I moved in. Over time, there’s been a lot of minor issues such as the popcorn ceiling peeling off in multiple places, the neighbors above me constantly running/stomping all times of the day, valet trash sometimes not coming when I put it out during the proper times, and children constantly playing/walking in the street while I’m driving in and out of the complex. I’ve made the best of it for as long as I could but I don’t think I’ll be renewing my lease when it’s time. It’s not worth the money I’m paying. Please do your research and ask a lot of questions before renting here!

  Hi i have lived in this appartment and when i left it they told me their management company changed and i didnt get my security deposit back.The other company whom i paid never emails me back and when i went to this appartment office they told they dont have my any details now so its very frustrating for me.Please dont stay on this appartment since they want to eat our money..

  We have been living at this apartment community for the past 2 years, and overall my experience has been very positive. The new management team is responsive and helpful, and maintenance requests are usually handled quickly and efficiently. The community is well maintained, clean, and peaceful. I especially appreciate the amenities, safety, and convenient location. The neighbors are friendly, and the environment feels comfortable for families and working professionals alike. The staff has always been courteous and professional. Overall, I would recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

  I have been renting the apartment for almost 3 years now, so after i have not had a bad experience. the place is quiet and family friendly. The management has kept the property well maintained, maintenance request are followed quickly with skilled technicians. I will highly recommend to anyone seeking to move.

  Ive decided to make Waterford my future home and had a great experience so far! Cameron has been especially helpful, friendly, responsive, and personable. Even while out of the office unexpectedly he was providing me with updates on what was going on. He took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel truly welcome every step of the way. Looking forward to move in day!
