I have had several issues with appliances, leaking foundations, ceilings and even mold. Maintenance for dishwasher has not been fixed for over 8 months and washing machine about 3. Would not recommend moving here.

I’ve had such a great experience living here, and a huge part of that is because of the amazing leasing office staff. Brittany and Ashley have been nothing short of incredible. They are always friendly, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. No matter what questions or concerns I’ve had, they’ve been quick to help and always make the process so easy. Their communication is excellent, and they consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. It’s rare to find a leasing team that is this welcoming and dedicated. They truly make this community feel like home. If you’re looking for an apartment where the staff actually cares, I highly recommend this community. Thank you, Brittany and Ashley, for everything you do!

Managing an apartment community is not an easy job. Yes, it comes with the usual challenges and maintenance issues.
What impressed me most was how everything was handled—with a smile and a positive "yes, we'll take care of it" attitude by Ashley and Brittney.
No place is ever completely free of problems, but what truly matters is how those issues are addressed. A huge shoutout to the new management team for their responsiveness, professionalism, and customer-focused approach!

This apartment community is full of scammers and completely unprofessional management. They are very fast when it comes to taking money from tenants, charging fines, and collecting fees, but when it is time to return the security deposit, they suddenly disappear and become impossible to contact.
No proper phone support, no working customer service, no responsive email communication — nothing. I have been trying through every possible method to reach them regarding my deposit, but they have gone completely invisible. This feels like a scam operation rather than a professional apartment community.
During my stay, the service was already terrible, maintenance was poor, and management never cared about residents. But the worst part is how they treat people after moving out. I accidentally placed a box in the wrong trash area once, and they immediately fined me. But now they are holding my money and avoiding all communication.
Future tenants should be extremely careful. In my experience, these people act like scammers and only care about taking your money, not treating residents fairly.
