  Such a great complex and amazing staff! A huge shout out to The maintenance guy Dijon (I’m not sure if I spelt that right he was a tall dark fella with glasses) was an incredible help with getting my sink leaking issue that was fixed within 30 minutes of me calling. He was such a pleasure to speak with! One other huge shoutout to Ashley the property manager for always assisting me even when she is super busy at the office when it’s herself. She will always find a way to help anyway she can!

  I’ve had a great experience at Waterford Apartments so far. The move-in process was smooth, the community is beautiful, neat, and very well maintained, and the amenities are excellent. The leasing office was incredibly kind and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed and helping me get everything set up. Highly recommend!

  Beautiful place, nice space, and a safe community. Thankfully, I haven’t had any bug issues or anything crazy like that. Maintenance also responds in a timely manner. I’ve been living here for a year now, and we decided to renew our lease! Shoutout to Mrs. Brittany in the leasing office! You can tell she genuinely cares about her job and the community. Her customer service is phenomenal! One month, I was having issues with my A/C (pregnant), and she did not play around haha, she had the maintenance team come out that same day!

  I have had several issues with appliances, leaking foundations, ceilings and even mold. Maintenance for dishwasher has not been fixed for over 8 months and washing machine about 3. Would not recommend moving here.
