  I really love this apartment. I moved into Indigo with my cat in 2024, and we had such a good time here until she passed away and I left for phd in CA. She loved the sunshine, the quiet environment, and especially the little forest out back. I like open the door, so I could often see beautiful sunset, and a lot of my memories with her are from those quiet moments. I took her to many places over the years, but Indigo was somehow different. I always felt like this was the place where she thought she was a little lion, like Simba. She liked walking around and checking her territory. She looked so happy here. The apartment is quiet, beautiful, and safe, staffs are great. They were always kind and helpful. Now I already moved out, but I still remember Dora, Ivan, Hector, and the gentleman who takes care of maintenance. I never got his name because of the language barrier, but he was super nice and always told me to go to Spain for trip. My cat has passed away now, so Indigo means even more to me. I’m just very grateful that she got to spend the last and happy part here. Thank you all again, making this place so nice and relaxing.

  i lived here for 4 years and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. staff is nice but the appliances are super outdated (from the 90s and doesn’t come with a microwave) and constantly was having mold issues. maintenance never fixes anything they only put a band-aid on it. very much “wd40 fixes it all” type of landlords. was very disappointed with the treatment with the maintenance issues as well. and are also trying to charge me close to 200$ for a blind replacement for move out when i’ve been there for 4 years and blinds are basic turnkey things. stayed so long because i didn’t feel like moving until i couldn’t take anymore. paid over 1500 for a 600sq ft 1 bed 1 bath that made me feel sick everyday. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!

  lived here for years and it is the WORST place i’ve ever lived. such a sketchy area, you pay for valet trash that literally never comes then get fined if your trash can is still outside although valet trash never comes, not only this but they have their own employees writing 5 star reviews ex.) dora wood for the past year i’ve waken up sick and constantly went to the leasing office just to find mold in my apartment, not only that but i went 2 weeks without AC, also the fees are insane i ended up paying over 1500$ for a 600sq ft 1 bedroom apartment. the staff is kind but money hungry, i can’t name one good thing about this apartment, moved down the street and i lay 400$ less and wake up without feeling sick. worst place ive ever lived and theres so so much more
