  The reason I am giving 2 stars is because the construction behind the property. I know this isn't the apartment doing it but it DIRECTLY affects me as a resident. They will start at 7 am or even earlier on weekdays AND weekends. The loud banging will interfere with audio if you work from home, but more importantly it will interfere with your sleep and wake you up. This is the reason I'm moving out and the reason I'm giving 2 stars. I would have given 4 or 5 without it but this has honestly single handedly ruined my living experience here. My only other complaint would be that the pool takes forever to get opened. Maintenance people are very good and fix your issues very quickly, sometimes even same day. Kristin is very kind.

  OMG!! First of all Breneè!! Amazing!! She stayed to take me on the tour bc I drove 45 min and got lost. THEN…she gave me every single detail one can think of. She’s very knowledgeable and her energy is contagious! District Station is blessed to have her and I can’t wait to become a resident!! I know I’ll be in great hands there!

  Im so happy I chose District station to be my new home. My move was wonderful thanks to Alexis. She was very friendly and kind. Me and the kids love it here. 😊

  A new community in close proximity to a movie theatre, lots of retail and restaurants. Great community and one of the best front office staff I have come cross. While there could have been more done about the noise filtering in and out of the apartments, I have gotten used to it for a while. Overall, an excellent community with great amenities on site. I highly recommend it.
