  Love it here. Brenee is awesome, everyone in the leasing office has always been helpful. They make me and my children feel more than welcomed and at home here. The location is a plus because you walk to any and everything. The community events are great as well.

  These are great apartments in a fantastic location; it’s an urban setting, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. But that’s not even the best part—thanks to the location, there’s a large shopping center with various stores right nearby. If you enjoy walking, this is the place for you since everything is close by. I highly recommend it. Aaron and Sergio, the maintenance guys, are always attentive and friendly.

  The reason I am giving 2 stars is because the construction behind the property. I know this isn't the apartment doing it but it DIRECTLY affects me as a resident. They will start at 7 am or even earlier on weekdays AND weekends. The loud banging will interfere with audio if you work from home, but more importantly it will interfere with your sleep and wake you up. This is the reason I'm moving out and the reason I'm giving 2 stars. I would have given 4 or 5 without it but this has honestly single handedly ruined my living experience here. My only other complaint would be that the pool takes forever to get opened. Maintenance people are very good and fix your issues very quickly, sometimes even same day. Kristin is very kind.

  OMG!! First of all Breneè!! Amazing!! She stayed to take me on the tour bc I drove 45 min and got lost. THEN…she gave me every single detail one can think of. She’s very knowledgeable and her energy is contagious! District Station is blessed to have her and I can’t wait to become a resident!! I know I’ll be in great hands there!

  District Station is in the center of Park West Village which I loveeee! The location is something you cannot beat. Not only that, but the community and apartments are beautiful!! Brenee assisted me and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I plan to make District my home in the near future!!
