  I put in a maintenance request, and not even 30 minutes later, they came over and resolved the issue. Incredibly fast and great service!

  Lived at MF for a year before moving back to the midwest. Amenities are nice, such as the pool and community center. The grounds are well kept. The complex is well laid out, safe, and in a good location. Apartments themselves are average, not really luxury as they advertise. You will find bugs, step in dog poop, and hear your neighbors - as a few downsides. Also, management is hard to get a hold of/response. They tend to overpromise and underdeliver, especially if the almighty dollar is involved. Trust is an issue - be aware! They cater towards the locals. For the money, this is towards the bottom of places I've rented from.

  Yeah I really don’t know what to say. I’ve been trying to rent here for almost a month, with no help whatsoever, constant back and forth, and texts that run through them closing and no replies until the next morning. I was down to the absolute wire trying to rent from these people and got no help whatsoever other than “we can still send you a quote” even when plainly stated that I can’t give my notice in time. I asked with plenty of time left, and they kept trying to send me other quotes instead of the ones needed and asked for which caused my time to run out even more. This was a RIDICULOUS experience and if I choose to rent here, it will be after a much needed thought process.

  My initial contact was with Kinsey who greeted me with a courteous & energetic demeanor providing me with a tour of the premises. She was very knowledgeable & my takeaway was that Murphy’s Farm as a whole was absolutely beautiful!!! Upon submission of my application & upon approval all of my interactions were with Logan & Taylor . Both of these ladies were phenomenal on all levels keeping me informed & updated throughout the process. Their genuine compassion for not only their job but the Murphy’s Farm Community was on full display. They were professional, personable, & maintained an open line of communication providing me comfort & reassurance throughout the process . On move in day my apartment was immaculate! I am thankful & blessed to call Murphy’s Farm “home” & look forward to it for years to come as well .
