  The maintenance crew came quickly and resolved the issue with my Air conditioning. I was really thankful they adjusted the speed of the blower because the noise it createdwas really hard to live with.

  I put in a maintenance request, and not even 30 minutes later, they came over and resolved the issue. Incredibly fast and great service!

  Lived at MF for a year before moving back to the midwest. Amenities are nice, such as the pool and community center. The complex is well laid out, safe, and in a good location. Apartments themselves are average, not really luxury as they advertise. You will find bugs, step in dog poop, and hear your neighbors - as a few downsides. Management is hard to get a hold of/response. They tend to overpromise and underdeliver, especially if the almighty dollar is involved. As a working professional and single renter -respectful, very clean, and no pets- that always paid rent on time, TRUST is an issue - so be aware! In my situation, they took full (financial) advantage of me at the end of my lease. For the money, this is - truly and genuinely - at the bottom of places I've lived.

  Yeah I really don’t know what to say. I’ve been trying to rent here for almost a month, with no help whatsoever, constant back and forth, and texts that run through them closing and no replies until the next morning. I was down to the absolute wire trying to rent from these people and got no help whatsoever other than “we can still send you a quote” even when plainly stated that I can’t give my notice in time. I asked with plenty of time left, and they kept trying to send me other quotes instead of the ones needed and asked for which caused my time to run out even more. This was a RIDICULOUS experience and if I choose to rent here, it will be after a much needed thought process.
