- DMDaniella MoralesApr 25, 20265.0Ended up not buying a home but I wish I did! Brandon was super helpful throughout the whole process and consistently communicated with me. I live in Illinois so it was a big difficult not being able to go into the office but honestly with texting and phone calls I felt well taken care of. He was transparent with pricing and patience the whole process. When time is right I’ll be back to work with Brandon again!

- ACAndrew ClemensJun 25, 20192.0Spoke first with Teresa and was supposed to get a call back at the first of the week. Received no call back and ended up calling her back the following week. Was not familiar with the property or how far along it was in the process. They were all unsure of pricing for the double wide we were looking at for my parents. Later called back to check on pricing and spoke with Keith. He was good to work with and tried to come down on the pricing some. Told him I would check with parents about pricing and call back. Called back and talked with Teresa again. Explained what they could pay. She said they were waiting to see what all was being done to the property and would call me back. Once again, no calls were made back to us and all the properties are now sold. This was after them saying my parents could at least have the first chance at the property. Ultimately not professional, not knowledgeable and for not returning calls, not dependable.
