  We’ve had a great experience at Artisan at Mills River! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. The townhomes are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. The management and maintenance team has been responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever we’ve needed anything, which makes a huge difference. The location is also a big plus—convenient to everything in the Mills River area while still feeling quiet and tucked away. Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to live, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-kept community!

  From the moment we step foot on the property, we knew we were home. I love the sidewalks, streetlamps, and how each townhome looks unique. Staff were super helpful as well.

  Kudos to Michael! I stopped by The Artisan at Mills River without an appointment after hearing about it from my realtor. Even though he was assisting another client, he was incredibly kind and welcoming. He invited me to relax by the pool while I waited, and we had a great conversation. Michael took the time to show me all the available townhomes, and I was truly impressed—they’re absolutely beautiful. He even offered to assist with my application and help me get my utilities set up, which made the process feel so much easier. This level of care and service is exactly why this is such a great place to live. I’m really looking forward to becoming a resident!

  We moved in about a 2 months ago. My family and I absolutely loves it. The staff is very welcoming. If there is a problem or issue it is always addressed in a timely manner.The process to become an attendant was professional ,easy and smooth. We have meet great new neighborhood family friends. Ryan and Michael are a great team! I appreciate the hard work that they do for this community to make Artisan Living- living a nice and respectful environment for me and my family! -Lula
