  I am in awe of the experience we’ve had so far coming into this community at Artisan Living. We’ve recently relocated from NY to NC and there is no going back! The leasing office made everything so easy for us to transition, the neighbors have been welcoming and if you’re looking for a community to raise children this is it! Thank you Artisan Living!

  From our very first phone call, Michael, one of the property managers, was so friendly and welcoming. He took extra time to talk with us about the area and local schools, which was really important to us, and even took us on an impromptu video tour of a unit since we couldn't see it in person. We moved across the country sight unseen, and it was clear right away we'd made the right choice. The farm and mountain views, the family friendly culture, the beautiful pool area, the dog park, and of course the thoughtfully designed townhomes themselves have all exceeded our expectations. Like so many other reviewers have said, it's the people that make this place great, and that 100% starts with the awesome staff here at Artisan Living Mills River. Ryan, Michael, and Mark in maintenance all treat this place like it's their own. Not only are they superstars in their roles, they're solid guys I'm grateful to have gotten to know since we moved in. On top of that, Mills River is such a great central location for getting out and enjoying western North Carolina, plus there's a brand new Publix a stone's throw away, and the school district is top notch. We couldn't be happier with Artisan Living. Five stars, highly recommend.

  We absolutely love this community. The townhones are beautiful and spacious, the grounds are well maintained and the pool is awesome! But the best part of living here is the on property staff. Ryan, Michael and Mark are fantastic! Not only very responsive to any inquiry but also very kind and friendly. They have created a great community vibe. I've lived a lot of places and none have been as great as Artisan Living.

  I highly recommend Artisan Living Mills River for anyone seeking a vibrant, welcoming community. The townhome complex perfectly blends modern living with a warm, neighborhood feel. It’s kid and pet-friendly. The amenities are excellent. The pool area is clean, well-maintained, and serves as a perfect spot to relax during the summer. You also get beautiful, scenic views of the surrounding area right from the property. Management is top-notch. The leasing and maintenance teams are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. Truly an awesome place to live.

  Moving my family here was the best decision we’ve made. The homes are spacious, beautifully designed, and truly feel like home. We love the pool, and having a dog park is such a huge bonus for our family and our pup. The location is perfect, we are close to everything we need while still enjoying a peaceful community without the traffic and stress of living in a city. Everything is well maintained, you can tell the management really cares about the residents. A special thank you to Michael, who made our entire moving process so much easier. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to move here, we highly recommend this community to anyone looking for an amazing place to call home.
