  Keystone is a pretty sweet apartment situation. The amenities are great (would love it if the pool could stay open later, but I understand) and are part of the reason why prices are what they are, but they didn't try to bend us over when renewing our lease and I really respect that. My previous landlord requested us to move out or they would increase the rent by $300 a month, so yeah...it can be a bad situation. Anyway, they are stand-up folks and tend to take care of things quickly when you need help. They've bailed me out of a few times where I left my keys at work, and they're nice as hell all the time. The apartments are quiet and they take cigarette smoke seriously. You won't be subjected to cigarettes everywhere, and in NC, that's a godsend. Would strongly recommend this apartment complex to anyone using I-40 for a commute and wants to live somewhere that doesn't resemble frat parties or a retirement home.

  Wonderful tour experience from Teresa! We love the spacious beautiful apartments and amenities here. Best location and apartment around mebane!

  I absolutly love this complex. The staff is very friendly and always helpful when I have a problem or just want to stop in and chat. My neighbors are great with the exception on one who will complain if she hears me sneeze through the wall. Maybe that was a little dramatic but very true.. I also love the fact that they are dog friendly. I am very fond of our new apartment manager Brittney. Her personality is great and she always has such fun things planned for our community!!! If you are looking for a place to call home you should give Keystone at Mebane Oaks a try. I have been living in here for 3 years so far!!!

  I can’t say enough good things about the team here. Brittany, the apartment manager, went above and beyond when my mom’s car was stuck on the ice. Without hesitation, she jumped into her truck and helped get the car unstuck — that kind of kindness and leadership truly stands out. I also want to give a huge thank-you to the maintenance crew, Ian and Joshua, who jumped in to help push the car. Their willingness to help in icy conditions shows real dedication and care for the residents. It’s reassuring to know my mom lives in a community with such supportive and helpful staff. Thank you, Brittany, Ian, and Joshua — your kindness did not go unnoticed!
