  My home buying experience with Dennis Whitson was phenomenal. He was able to help me locate the perfect home, that met all my needs, within my budget. He was also a great resource with utility choices in the area of my new home. Dennis Whitson has been a pillar of this community for many years and gives back. He went above and beyond and made it seem effortless. Also, he was available to me after the purchase was completed for any existing questions. I am truly thankful for the expertise, professionalism, and kindness shown.

  Great to work with, super quick with responses between seller and buyers! Doesn't work only with one side, definitely looks out for both buyer and seller.

  Dennis is a standout realtor. I have had the pleasure of working with him over the past year and he has nothing but kind and wonderful to work with. Whitson Realty is a FAMILY BUSINESS located in Marion - he HAS TO BE your go to realtor!!! There is no one is nearly as knowledgeable about Marion, nor will they be able to provide the same personalized, well informed service that Dennis does. 20/10
