  I found a house. Threw The Marion Agency, Cindy Lebetter. 301 Lawing road Indy was and is a Angel for heaven. She told about this place . She let me ride by. And look at . the other other tenants that were there, was ashamed how they did Cindy Lebetter missed rent, then they take her ceiling fan, dishwasher, They were nice when I meant them, but there a snack in the grass This Lady has me souvh kindness, and compassion, I lost my home in 2024 Helen took every thing. She didn't know me at all but listen to story anf she was going to let me go ahead and move in when the other tenants turn in the keys, but they held on to them till they could strip that lady's rental. Then made a bad review Let me say this Mario. Agency has A worker that goes beyond to help family, You can't find a lady Cindy Ledbetter. You see I have nothing, and Cindy had even offered me clothes, I lost them to. I could never repay her for the kindness she had shown me. I DNT understand why the are people in this world , that DNT Pay THETE RNT , AND THEN STRIP OUT THAT RENTAL IT TRASH THE PLACE I JNE THAT GOD PUT CINDY LEDBETTER INTO MY LIFE AND TAKING A CHANCE ON ME TAKE CARE OF HER RENTAL I HOPE I AM GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY CAN YOU BECOME MORE THAN A TENANT SHE'S THE KIND OF PEOPLE THAT YOU WANT IN YOUR LIFE SHE CARES SHE KIND SHE HAS A HEART FOR OTHER PEOPLE SHE WANTS TO HELP PEOPLE AND THAT REVIEW I READ FROM THAT OTHER TENNABT SHOLD BE ASHAMED OF THERE SELF, AND ALL LIES THEY SAID ABOUT ME. WAS UNNESSSRY. THEY INVITED ME IN AND I COULDN'T BELIVE YHAT HOD GAVE ME A LAVE YP CALL HOME TILL MY TEAL HOME GETS DONE. MARION AGENCY YPU ARE TRULY BLESSED HAVING CINDY THERE, MARION AGENCY CARES ABOUT THE FAMILY AND THEY GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO HELP YOU GET WHAT YOU ARR NEEDING, TO THEM ITS NOT ALL ABOUT MONEY ITS BY COMPASSION , KINDNESS, UNDERSTANDING YOUR NEEDS. MISS CINDY I WANT THSNK YOU FOR MY NEW HOME, I WOULD MOT CARE WHAT THOSE LIEING TENANTS SAID AND I HOPE YHE LABDLORD GETS HIS THINGS YHAT THE TOOK THAT IS WHAT WRONG WITH THE WORLD , POEPL TAKING ADVANGE OF FOLKS LIKE CINDY. THOSE LIES TOLD ON ME , NEED TO BE CARE WHAT YOU SAY ON THE MEDIA. AND GOD IS ALWAYS GOT MY BACK, AND GOD PUT A BEAUTIFUL LADY IN MY LIFE, I HOPE TO BECOME MORE THEN HER RENTER.   Update: since Cindy replied and is trying to make her company seem so ‘great’..we have every proof, pictures, videos, recorded phone calls, and we took absolutely nothing at the property that wasn’t ours. The things we owned like our ceiling fans we put in, got the Walmart receipts! we had every right to take those items we owned, back! I’ve got proof and receipts of everything we did buy for this property! We forfeited our deposit! Because we was told we wasn’t getting it back! We paid rent every month on time. Really hated to take it this far but I will not be slandered when we were never late on rent. And she’s knows that’s just as much as I do. Never bothered a soul when it came to the property and Always took care of the property. Just know, come judgement day, when we stand in front of the Lord, I won’t have to answer to this or the greed! -Sarah ❤️ Not very professional when it comes to closing a lease.

  Wouldn’t ever rent from Cindy or this place again. We rented the property for two years. Long story short, Not only did they “threaten court” about appliances that never existed in the house to began with. But they kept my deposit, which means I technically had the lease until September 30th. To make the longer story even shorter, Cindy took it upon herself to rent out the house to some literal CRAZY woman, WHILE WE WERE STILL THE LEASE HOLDERS, This lady, who showed up at the house while we were in the process of moving and this lady has the audacity to go through the house touching our things and messing with what we had left to remove from the house. To make matters even crazier, this woman calls my husband Sunday asking when we were turning the keys in and just kept pretty much harassing us. I then call Cindy to let her know what’s been going on because I’m not going to get accused of something, Cindy acts all surprised and upset and is like oh “I’ll handle it” this, that and the other. My husband called her 4 days later stating he’s getting the power turned off. “Oh that’s lady put it in her name already”… weird behavior, they definitely are a fishy company. I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to rent out the place to a different person while the original tenant there still holding the lease. We weren’t evicted and we never late on rent.
