  Me and my family recently moved in on 18 of September . I want to give a big shout out to Kathi and the team . My experience here has been so positive. Kathi is a sweetheart! we love her so much!

  Living here has truly felt like home! This complex has the best staff ever- Kathi and Sara were so kind and helpful every step of the move-in process, and still are. I am genuinely happy whenever I see them. Josh is, hands down, the BEST maintenance man ever!! I’ve never met anyone more cheerful and he is completely dedicated to providing a pleasant experience for the residents here. Any little issue we’ve had was always resolved quickly and efficiently. The complex and apartments themselves are beautiful and spacious, safe, family and pet friendly, and the office staff plan events and activities for the residents often. They even have an app! ✨11/10 experience ✨

  First a shout out with thanks to Josh, the Maintenance Manager here at the The Parker Leland. He's always here to help when needed. If you have any type of Maintenance problem, Josh is your guy. Very knowledgeable. ( He always has a smile on his face and is happy to serve ). In fact, all the maintenance workers have been very helpful to me since I moved here in May. All staff at the leasing office are warm and welcoming. They are ready and eager to help any of their residents at all times. They helped make my move from Chicago to North Carolina with much ease, as I had not viewed the apartment and had many questions because I only viewed online. A very patient staff. I remember asking Caleb ( one of the leasing agents) if I could have an apartment that I could see the morning sun rising from my balcony and sure enough he had just the right apartment for me. Who does that? "The Parker Leland" does! I have never seen a management team that works so well together and is so eager go that extra mile for you but here. Also the have hosted once a month exciting events for their residents for no charge at all. It's a great way to meet new people and have fun! Very thankful for all staff at the Parker Leland 🙌

  We’ve had such a great experience with Kathi in the office! She is always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever we need anything. She goes above and beyond to answer our questions, help resolve concerns, and make sure everything is taken care of. You can tell that she genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in making the community a great place to live. Kathi is definitely one of the best parts of the office, and we really appreciate everything she does. She deserves all the recognition for being so kind, professional, and amazing at what she does!

  In the process of renewing our lease here. We love it! Great location, great staff, Caleb at the office and Josh and Anthony with maintenance are amazing and prompt with any questions or issues we have! Looking forward to another year here!
