  Words cannot even begin to express how thankful I am for the entire team at the Parker! We had tried to relocate out to the Raleigh-Durham area and all of our plans fell through unexpectedly, so we had to move back out to the Wilmington area on a time CRUNCH. Kathi has been so amazing in keeping us informed every step of the way, has been so knowledgable about the property, and I cannot wait for move in day! The apartments are gorgeous and the amenities are great, but we are most excited about living in a property with such an amazing team.

  First thing is I just moved in around a week ago and let me just say this place is so beautiful and it's amazing here. The community is awesome, the pool I absolutely love it and there very clean and up to par with everything here!!!

  Looking for a place to live. Many people smoking on their patios. Looks run down and not well maintained. Not our type of place to live.

  We’ve lived at The Parker-Leland for almost 14 months. It was a rough start with the Leasing Manager- Amanda; she lived on property with her family; not the greatest property manager, not very responsive and she always had an annoyed and entitled attitude in response to any issues. I had to constantly call and remind her about signing our lease. I digress, it’s been a positive experience overall; Caleb has dealt with most of our issues; noise complaints were dealt with promptly. Although all appliances were brand new any maintenance issues were addressed and fixed in a timely manner. We noticed a few changes and I believe it’s because there was change of management (thank goodness) Sarah is the friendliest and most understanding person, she will stop and say good morning to you and your dogs. The sole reason why we are moving is to be closer to our work place; I wish The Parker would build a property in Wilmington. We have recommended the property to a few coworkers and believe one of them is moving in soon! If you want a quiet, luxurious place to call home I would recommend The Parker-Leland, hands down. 👏🏽

  We just wanted to send a shout out to Josh our maintenance man. He goes above and beyond taking care of any issues within the community. He is always on top of things and always one of friendliest guys you will ever meet. Thank you for all you do. Brandon and Shonda
