  In the process of renewing our lease here. We love it! Great location, great staff, Caleb at the office and Josh and Anthony with maintenance are amazing and prompt with any questions or issues we have! Looking forward to another year here!

  Just moved our daughter into the complex and could not be more happy. Kathy in the front office is enthusiastic and genuinely nice. She made my wife and I completely comfortable throughout the entire process.Kathy is an excellent spokesperson and rep for the Parker…my family and I love her!!!Sarah and Caleb are also very nice, communicative, friendly and professional. As a dad dropping my daughter off at graduate school I can rest easy knowing she is in a beautiful new apartment with a management team that really goes the extra mile. I am more than satisfied knowing my daughter will be safe and in a complex that is so well taken care of….

  Words cannot even begin to express how thankful I am for the entire team at the Parker! We had tried to relocate out to the Raleigh-Durham area and all of our plans fell through unexpectedly, so we had to move back out to the Wilmington area on a time CRUNCH. Kathi has been so amazing in keeping us informed every step of the way, has been so knowledgable about the property, and I cannot wait for move in day! The apartments are gorgeous and the amenities are great, but we are most excited about living in a property with such an amazing team.

  First thing is I just moved in around a week ago and let me just say this place is so beautiful and it's amazing here. The community is awesome, the pool I absolutely love it and there very clean and up to par with everything here!!!
