  I am updating my review. I have have lived here about two weeks now. I moved here sight unseen, relying on Bryler for a virtual tour and guidance. What a lovely experience thanks to Bryler. Bryler goes out of his way to engage with and be part of the resident-living here. Something you do not see at other properties. The team here has made this place a very relaxing place to live. I have twice fallen asleep on the outside rocking chairs. It is a very lovely place. The neighbors are an eclectic mix of nice people, with all ages. I love that too. The garages are fantastic! They have already had one pool party for the residents, and are now having another on July 10. The clubhouse is kept open 24/7 for the residents to use. This also gives it a welcoming vibe. Much respect for the management company, as well, for hiring the team, and keeping this place so very nice. Bryler and the team work VERY hard, as is evidenced in the appearance of the grounds and building(s). I had such a lovely, stress-free move-in. Everything was clean and fresh and ready for me. Walls freshly painted, unit clean. Bryler even left me a lovely welcome basket full of needed items. I have and am using all of the items. I do not post a lot of reviews, but when I do I remember the importance of being honest. That said, I do hope that the maintenance man remembers that without tenants he has no job, as he is very ubrupt and not very welcoming or polite to tenants. (Two VERY uncomfortable experiences, unsolicited, with m.m. right out of the gate.) That was the only disappointing aspect of my move-in. Thank you Bryler for making sure my experience was nothing short of great. I know that the maintenance man & team played a huge part in making sure my unit was ready, so I appreciate that very much. There is obvious, visible, and smell-evident smoking (cigs. and marijuana) both in units, at pool, etc., but I did notice on my very first day a note to tenants addressing the non-smoking policies, and I am noticing much less of this. I personally, very much, appreciate the deligence in addressing the policy, as I suffer from allergies and asthma. I do have a big/tall guy living above me, so I can hear him quite a bit, kind of stomping around, and I hear a ton of furniture movement. Pretty common in many apts. without sound-proofing measures. Other than that I do not hear my neighbors to the left or right of me much at all. The complex is very quiet overall. Very, very relaxing. Lovely, lovely place. Great dog park! Super clean units! Super clean grounds! Manager that works VERY hard and does not miss a beat. Highly recommend. Best move-in experience ever! Big, big kudos and thanks to Bryler! He is sure to be a regional manager soon.

  A great place to call home for three years! Tre White and his assistant are great property managers. They are always available to answer any questions. Management and maintenance are very responsive. You can tell they really care about the community and their residents. I enjoyed my time there and I will miss Tre’s Aussie. I always looked forward to petting his dog. 😆 The garage was definitely a bonus as were the enormous closets, bathrooms and let’s not forget the pool! While it may seem cheesy, I also enjoyed the community gatherings at the clubhouse. Around Christmas time they had a gift wrapping station which was awesome! For Halloween they did pumpkin painting and carving. We always had a great time! Shopping is very convenient also. Harris Teeter is literally right next door. My son loved riding his power wheels around the trail. It was quiet and I always felt safe which is important as a single mother. Leland Station is the best value for your money. Other apartment communities are priced the same, but without a garage for storage or just an extra living space.

  If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Byler deserves it. He is very respectful, dedicated, and professional. He looks out for all the residents that reside in the community and truly helps the new residents get set up smoothly. Reach out to the main office and ask for Byler! -cole
