  I would strongly advise anyone considering Encore at Westgate to think twice before applying. The communication throughout this entire process was absolutely unacceptable. We were given a move-in date before our application had even been fully approved. Based on the information they provided, we packed our entire home and began making arrangements to move. Then, the day before our scheduled move-in, we received a phone call informing us that we had been denied. This level of incompetence and lack of communication is completely unprofessional. No company should ever give a confirmed move-in date until an application has been fully approved. Their failure to communicate properly wasted our time, money, and caused an enormous amount of unnecessary stress. This experience showed a complete lack of organization and consideration for prospective tenants. I cannot recommend doing business with a property that handles people this carelessly.

  I love it here so much. The property is always clean and everyone is so respectful here. The new property manager is lovely and have so many great qualities to the community. I don’t see myself ever moving from here🥰

  My family recently moved to the area, and we absolutely love living at Encore Westgate! The location is perfect close to everything we need while still feeling like a great place to call home. The amenities are fantastic, well-maintained, and make everyday living so enjoyable. The community is beautiful, and the staff has been welcoming and helpful throughout our move. We're so happy we chose Encore Westgate and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!

  I’ve had a wonderful experience at Encore at Westgate! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. What really stands out is the office staff—they are absolutely amazing! Every time I stop by the office, they’re always so friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything I need. They truly go above and beyond to make residents feel valued and appreciated. It’s clear they genuinely care about the community, and that makes all the difference. I highly recommend Encore at Westgate to anyone looking for a great place to call home!
