  I am writing to leave a review regarding our experience with the townhouse. While we had an overall good experience during the lease, we are still owed almost $800.00 of our security deposit. We cleaned the townhouse thoroughly upon moving out and left the property with no damage. The management wanted to keep part of our deposit for normal cleaning and touch-up paint. As rental owners ourselves, we understand that landlords perform these standard tasks between occupants to have the property fresh and ready for new tenants; however, charging extra for normal wear and tear is unacceptable. Despite multiple requests, management has yet to notify us when the remaining balance will be returned. The parents were fully involved and assisted in the entire move-out and cleaning process. We have photos documenting the condition of the property, and we have already communicated with attorneys regarding this matter. Furthermore, we feel that because the tenants were students, there is unfair discrimination based on their age. We expect the remaining deposit to be returned immediately. Kind regards,

  I’ve lived here for over a year and enjoyed my time and I’m sad I’m leaving! The maintenance team is absolutely amazing and we’re always there the same day I needed anything. The office staff is absolutely amazing as well and very knowledgeable and accommodating. The pool is beautiful too! Definitely recommend moving here if you want to be in Leland and close to everything as well as in a beautiful and peaceful community.

  I love it here so much. The property is always clean and everyone is so respectful here. The new property manager is lovely and have so many great qualities to the community. I don’t see myself ever moving from here🥰
