  I had an amazing experience with Clayton Homes, especially working with Patrick. From the very beginning, he gave me hope that I could become a homeowner. He was patient, understanding, and worked with me every step of the way—even when I know I was a handful at times. I've now been in my home for 8 months, and whenever I've had any questions or issues, Patrick has continued to help make sure everything gets taken care of. His customer service didn't stop after the sale, and that means a lot. The entire process was smooth and fast, and I couldn't be happier with my new home.   Buying our first home was such a big milestone for our family, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us than Patrick. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. He worked hard to get everything moving quickly so we could get into our home sooner than we expected. Patrick was always kind, professional, and willing to answer every question we had. He kept us informed throughout the entire process and truly made us feel like he cared about helping our family achieve our dream of homeownership. A huge thank you also goes to Haley, the land manager, who handled the final steps of getting our home placed on the land and set up. She made sure everything came together and helped the last part of the process go as smoothly as possible. Thanks to Patrick and Haley, we’re now in our beautiful first home, and we couldn’t be more grateful. If you’re looking for a team that genuinely cares about their clients and works hard to make the home-buying process as easy as possible, we highly recommend them.
