  I have lived here officially 2yrs and it has been a breeze. My apartment is very spacious and the neighborhood is rather quiet and peaceful. I havent had any complaints since. Maintenance has been on point as well as anytime I’ve needed to call the property management. I would recommend this complex for sure..

  We moved in when the complex was Element at The Grove and loved it. When the management changed in July of 2025 things definitely went downhill including major garbage issues, going from 3 maintenance staff down to 1, changes in how rent was paid, and a very obvious change in organization and professionalism in the office among other things. Overall we still really enjoyed living there, loved our apartment and the experience, other than the changes in administration and community cleanliness. We moved out early in October 2025 due to a job transfer, making sure that we went to the office for proper direction to ensure we were doing everything properly. We were in constant contact with them and did all the things asked of us, including filling out paperwork and paying early termination fees. The problem was that during all this, the office did not know how much we owed them, did not know how to process our payments since we had already been removed from the online system, and had to be constantly prompted for information and follow-up. I was quoted different final amounts owed, but finally got a total from the property manager, and sent them a cashier's check by certified mail to make sure they got it right away, and moved on with life. It was a huge, disorganized hastle when all I wanted was to pay what I owed so i could be done. That was in October of 2025. Two weeks ago, in August of 2026, I received a letter from collections stating that I owed Century Grove Park an additional 2300 from unpaid fees. As totally disorganized as they are, I shouldn't be surprised, but since I had already paid thousands in early termination fees last year I was not happy. Fortunately I had saved the email chain between myself and the office, as well the cashier's check receipt so I contested the claim and it was dismissed. I see at least one other review stating a recent similar experience. The apartments are nice. The community was decent woth great amenitie. Its a nice place to live. But be very, very careful that you are getting receipts and documents for everything so you don't end up with a surprise collections letter a year later like I did.

  Very nice and clean apartment complex! The people at the office and maintenance are very helpful! Plus, sometimes they give out free food and beverages at the office for anyone who lives there!
