  If you move into this place, be prepared for the biggest headache and a lot of stress. I moved in on June 25, and today is July 8. I have been without air conditioning ever since I moved in. I have submitted multiple maintenance requests, and they keep saying they will fix the problem, but they never do. They lie by saying it will be repaired, and then nothing happens. The apartment is around 90 degrees. They gave us two portable air conditioners, but they are not enough to cool the apartment since I live on the third floor. I have to turn them off because they make the electricity bill very expensive. The apartment was dirty when they gave it to me. The toilet was dirty, as if someone had used it, and the apartment had not been cleaned. That made it clear to me that they never inspected the apartment before handing it over. I have a young child who suffers from enlarged adenoids, and he can barely breathe at night because of the heat. Every time I go to the bathroom, I sweat as if I were working under the hot sun. They told me they were going to fix it today, but they told me the exact same thing on July 7, and nothing happened. The truth is that I regret moving to this place.

  This is such a beautiful community and fantastic place to call home. Shout out to the new manager, Scott! He's very helpful and responsive and it's clear he cares about this community and residents. :-)

  The new manager has been amazing! He communicates exceptionally well with residents and stays on top of any concerns or issues that arise. He has no hesitation in addressing problems and always follows through. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in maintaining the property. The ladies in the office are also incredibly professional, friendly, and welcoming. The entire team has created a positive atmosphere, and it really shows. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication!

  I am writing this review as a warning after multiple failed attempts to get management to fix my HVAC unit. My unit has been broken for over a week during this intense heat wave, and the temperature inside is actually higher than it is outside. This is not just an inconvenience; it is a severe health hazard. By failing to respond to my emergency requests, management is knowingly forcing residents to live in conditions that could easily lead to heatstroke. I have received zero response despite repeated outreach. If you are looking for a place that values resident safety and basic maintenance, look elsewhere. This level of negligence is unacceptable. I am still waiting for an immediate, 24-hour emergency response to fix this life-threatening situation

  I have had such a great experience with Century Grove Park! The complex itself is absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. Everything feels modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it a place that truly feels like home. The office staff has been amazing. They are always friendly and helpful. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they have been kind and quick to help. I’m very happy with my experience here and would definitely recommend Century Grove Park to anyone looking for a great place to live in Knightdale!
