  Your stewardship of the property and your coordination of services for needed repairs were excellent. You went above and beyond by taking care of the landscaping in our absence, and removing the unwanted gas log fireplace from its final resting place in the crawlspace prior to handover was most kind of you.

  5 stars are not enough! Joseph was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made our relocation to Charlotte extremely easy even during a crazy market. He answered all our questions and helped us out in any and every way possible. He definitely goes out of his way to make his clients happy and satisfied. Cannot recommend him enough, greatest real estate agent that our family has ever worked with.
