She answered all of our questions thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. She was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable throughout the tour. Overall, it was a great experience and we truly appreciated all of her help!

Take pictures of everything, and I mean everything prior to you moving in (doors, carpet, inside of cabinets, etc.) and good luck moving out. We left our apartment in spotless condition, yet somehow got charged a massive carpet cleaning fee and for items that have normal wear-n-tear use prior to us moving in. We also got charged for our trash can lid being out on the balcony...The only positive thing about this place is the maintenance team. They are wonderful and would respond the same day to repair items.
