I recently moved out of The Luxe of Huntersville after living there for about a year, and I wanted to leave a review specifically recognizing the leasing and management team.
Fernanda, Jenna, and Emily were all outstanding throughout my time there. Communication was always professional, responsive, and respectful, and they genuinely did their best to help whenever issues came up. During my move-out process especially, the team worked hard to help get my unit re-rented quickly, which I truly appreciated.
The community itself is in a great location in Huntersville, close to shopping, restaurants, Birkdale, and the greenways. The grounds and amenities were always kept very clean and well maintained.
Overall, I had a very positive experience with the staff and appreciate everything they did during my time there. Thank you again to the team at The Luxe!
I took a tour; the club house, pool area, gym and theater are nice. The apartment rep. there said they're are no issues with not enough parking for the residents (it may be an issue with other apartmens in the area).
Viewed a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment and the stated square footage is 661, but, it appears smaller. The unit was nice, modern finishes.
Some parts of the Huntersville area are different. One point you're in a developed area, blink, and you're in an undeveloped area. Also, some of the new apartments and houses are too close to the roads. One apartment building was built on the corner of an intersection and the setback from the road was maybe ten yards; telephone/ electric poles wrapped around the corner of the apartment. To me, it did not make the apartment visually appealing.

Fernanda and the staff at The Luxe in Huntersville, NC are the best. They are professional, responsible and communicative to the highest level. They all care deeply about their residents and ensure they live in a safe and affordable complex.
I lived here for about two years and moved out six months ago. Today, a debt collection agency called saying I owe them $1,672 in penalties. However, before leaving, I paid all outstanding fees—including any penalties—at the office before moving out. I even asked a female manager in person if everything was settled. I immediately called the office today, and they checked my account and said there are no outstanding bills. So why do I need to pay this amount? And if this bill exists, why didn't they contact me? Why didn't they send an email? I never received any notification. I think this is fraud, a scam, disgusting! After I moved out six months ago, they never contacted me about paying a penalty fee. I only found out today when the debt collection agency reached out. Moreover, I paid everything in full before leaving—I even had a deposit with them. They only refunded me after deducting cleaning fees. If I owed money, why would they refund me?

Love my apartment nice neighbors so far however a week after moving in someone tried to break into my car . Thank God they were unsuccessful however this sucks😣😣😣😣😣😣!!!!! Be safe and be aware of your surroundings and don’t leave anything valuable in your car. (Although nothing valuable was in mines)
