  The staff at Grey Harbor at Lake Norman do a great job keeping the community clean and well maintained. The community has a nice nature vibe that makes it peaceful to live here. Antoine has been excellent with communication, and Ronea always brings great positive energy and is very helpful and friendly. The maintenance team also does a great job staying on top of things. Juan and David have both been kind, helpful, and quick with work orders. Overall, I really appreciate the effort the entire team puts into making this a welcoming community.

  Leaving this review on my mother's behalf. She had an amazing experience touring this past weekend with Ronea. The office smelled great and her personality was amazing!

  Jamise offered the best customer service when I stopped in. She took the time to answer all my questions, and not once did I ever feel rushed. 10/10 and that’s the main reason I am highly considering moving there. Positive energy goes along ways and she has it! Thanks a lot Jamise

  Apartment is under new management and they seem to really care about their clients. There maintenance is fully staffed now so repairs are getting done in a timely manner, i just wish they would leave a notification inside the home that the work has been completed etc. The staff has been great with answering questions and taking the time to make sure you fully understand. This is my second time living in this complex and it is a very nice property now that they are under the new management. Thanks Antoine, Jamise and Ronea have been great.
