Park Terrace Apartments is the redevelopment of the former Clara Cox Homes, a now demolished High Point Housing Authority public housing community. It includes a community building with management offices, computer center, community room, fitness room and laundry facilities. Additionally, the site amenities include a pool, gazebo, picnic areas, outdoor sitting areas and two children's playgrounds. Units include fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryer connections, patios/porches, comfortable living spaces, closets and storage.
