  Great property! moved in January 2025 and have had literally ZERO problems. Management team's communication is above average one-on-one and to the full community AND they actually know each of their residents. The few times i've submitted a service request (slow drain in bathroom, new air filter, alarm system) maintenance has responded within 24 hours to address the request. Complex is always clean. The location of the complex is IDEAL and extremely quiet. 10/10!

  Michael and Robbi were attentive when I was considering to stay here, and they were just as attentive when I signed the lease and had questions and concerns, which were few and far in-between, because everything was clean and great in the apartment. Anybody considering this complex should absolutely go ahead, as I don't regret living here at all. I also had no issues when my lease ended and I am grateful for that as well.

  This is our 2nd time with North Point at 68. Ms. Robbi has always been kind and efficient with her work. The community is quiet and respectful. 100% recommended!

  In my experience, the administration offices provided excellent service; they were very helpful and friendly, assisting us throughout the entire process. The place was very clean, well-maintained, and quiet.
