My Mark Spain realtor, DANIA JACKSON!!! She was amazing working hard for us and to make this a seamless and efficient process. She removed my butterflies about the transaction from start til we closed...just like it says on the commercial; Easy and No Hassle. She was very professional and personable, knowledgeable about the process from beginning to end. Thankful that she was the person chosen to work with us. We had her to sell an additional home for us too. DANIA YOU DESERVE THE ACCOLADES!!!

David Dixon is a realty rock star in our book. Since 2017, he has been our go-to. He quickly got the desired price for our property on Jonestown Rd when we moved to Florida - his expertise in pricing, staging, marketing, and sealing the deal is phenomenal. He hooked us up with a great realtor in Florida. Then in 2019 he again facilitated our signing with the right realtor in Florida when we sold to return to North Carolina. We made a huge profit with which to get into a wonderful property in Elkin that David found for us and got us an unbelievable price. In 2021, when I had to sell a family property in the Orlando area through probate court, he found me the right realtor who had a team of professionals who got the job done quickly and profitably. In 2022, I of course enlisted David to sell my mother’s home in Elkin when she was ready to downsize. Again, his gift for negotiating and his knowledge of the market made her a huge profit. David crosses the T’s and dots the I’s. He takes care of everything for his clients. He’s not just our realtor for life; we gained a friend for life.

I've worked with Chuck VanHook on a dozen purchases and he has been great! He is very good at listening to what I am hunting for and helping to find that type of property. He helped me with my very first purchase of a primary home as well as purchases of investment properties- everything from foreclosures that need work to brand new construction. He gives honest feedback and will go to bat for his clients. He knows the area well and I highly recommend him for both homeowners and investors!
