  Our washing machine has been broken for at least a month or half a month . We have been reaching out to the office but all they say is we will get it done Monday and never show up . They said they will give us a new washer last Monday and no one hasn’t brought the washing machine. This is unacceptable and not okay .

  Jhanae is the new assistant at Copper Mill Village. She did an extremely good job and she was very patient in getting my application processed. My brother said he has never had customer service like she had provided. She's the best and I cannot wait to move in.

  My wife and I toured this property and initially liked it, but the application process was completely unethical. The leasing manager instructed us to put false information on our application forms so she could 'move it forward.' When I refused to falsify the legal documents, she dismissively told us to look for other places. This behavior is incredibly unprofessional, promotes illegal activity, and felt deeply discriminatory. Someone who encourages fraudulent applications and treats applicants this way should not be in a management position. I encourage others to avoid this property. My wife and I were shocked by the leasing manager's behavior during our application process. She openly encouraged us to commit fraud by telling us to enter incorrect information on our application forms just to get it approved. When we refused to do something illegal, her attitude completely changed and she told us to look elsewhere. Her dismissive treatment felt racially motivated and highly discriminatory. Management needs to investigate this behavior immediately, as she is a massive liability.

  I would give this “slum” zero stars if I could!!! This is the worst managed apartment complex I have ever lived in! We constantly have a jammed or full trash compactor and unless I call it stays that way. I have at least 100 pictures, each from a different day the compactor was jammed and trash was piled up! I’m not talking about a few bags of trash piling up, but literally 100-150 bags of trash will be sitting there and my living room faces the compactor. I have complained to the onsite management team and I’m told, “well we are doing the best we can.” I have complained to the corporate management team, Amy Castaneda, that’s a waste of time. DO NOT CONSIDER MAKING THIS YOUR HOME, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE RESIDENTS OR THE PROPERTY!!!!!!
