  I’m giving Broadstone village a five-star based upon the exceptional services provided by Ms. Roberta Wright. Not only was Roberta exceptional in her work, she was also very professional, knowledgeable about any and everything! She supersedes in making sure her resident’s needs are fulfilled. She is a very sweet and kind spirit at Broadstone. She definitely shows it through her work. I love her!! Thank you, Roberta

  While the neighborhood is fine and truly isn't any issue, the management staff is consistently rude, and unprofessional. No matter how positive or kind I try to be when approaching them they still consistently find a way to be absolutely rude or have the most horrid attitudes. Which I find unfortunate. The only reason I've given them 1 star is because I cannot go any lower. The best part of the community is Andy the maintenance guy. He is always so kind and professional! Andy is a stand up guy and I wish the management team could reflect the same values. This is unfortunate but it's the truth. They're aggressive, sometimes passive if you're lucky, impatient, constant assumptions and seem overall as if you're bothering them and they'd rather be handling this seasons diamond instead of being helpful.

  The maintenance department at Broadstone is top notch! I never have to wait more than a day for the majority of work orders to be completed. The work area is always left clean.
