  I’ve had a very disappointing experience living here, mainly due to the management team. The customer service is by far the worst I’ve dealt with—there’s a clear lack of professionalism and consideration for residents. It often feels like the leasing office staff dislike their jobs, and unfortunately, that attitude directly impacts the overall living experience. Communication is a major issue. Concerns are either ignored, handled poorly, or met with unhelpful responses. In particular, the assistant manager demonstrates a consistently negative attitude and lacks basic communication skills, which makes resolving even simple issues frustrating. Another concern is the way fines and charges are handled. Residents may be charged for unclear or seemingly random reasons, and when questioned, management tends to deflect by vaguely referencing the lease agreement without providing clear explanations. While the neighborhood itself is decent, the management significantly takes away from what could otherwise be a positive living environment. I would strongly advise others to consider this before signing a lease here.

  When I came and tour with Broadstone I was immediately greeted with a smile by the agent Roberta she was informative and absolute pleasure to work with I would recommend her and the community to anyone looking to move forward.

  I moved in back in January of 2026 and Roberta did an exceptional job facilitating all of my needs as well as my concerns before moving in. Even at this present time she is always available to assist in any need or concern that I may have.
