  I've been using their services for close to 4 months now. I left them two properties to manage. There's little to no communication. You will be the last person to know what's going on with your properties. They barely know what's going on themselves so when you ask for clarification, you are given a bullshit answer. If you dig deeper they will change their statements to match the real events. If you complain, they will give you attention for a new York minute with no real resolution or strategy. They won't do what you ask them to do. They will ignore most of your emails or messages. The information on the porthole is inaccurate or not up to date. They have a lackadaisical attitude with no sense of responsibility or urgency. You not making money on a property is a non issue for them. Your expenditures for your property will exceed the revenue they produce. $3600 to replace a water heater for small home. I'm up 750 dollars after 4 months and it won't be enough to cover the property taxes.

  Beautiful cottage. Clean and has all the conveniences you need. Plenty of counter space in the kitchen area. Washer/dryer in unit. Quite a cozy cottage. Just far enough away from downtown Hendersonville and Brevard so you can feel like you’re camping. Close enough to dine and sight see in both.

  Perfect for a weekend away! Clean, well appointed kitchen /grill, loved the fire pit (which they had ready to go with wood), screen porch, and comfortable gathering spots for fun. The location was perfect for hiking, exploring, and dining. I would highly recommend!
