  Had a home tour with a great man named Ron! He explained everything so well for me to understand. Gave me and my partner time to discuss our decision. This would be my first time being a home owner and he was SUPER helpful!!! Thank you so much Roy☺️

  Matthew Horner was extremely helpful. He answered all of our questions knowing we were purchasing in an area 200 miles away. He represented several manufacturers that are under the Clayton umbrella and pointed out preferences from each of them and advised advantages of using Clayton services for land prep and what they can do for us. Overall a great session learning about these modular homes.

  Had a great experience. Me and my fiance stopped in at Clayton homes to try to get an idea of what to expect while buying our first home. Ron Wilkins was our sales representative and was very nice and patient with us when we didn't have much of a clue and was very professional helpful in explaining things well to helping us understand. Highly recommend talking with him.

  My fiancé and myself had an appointment today with Ron Wilkins. Ron did an amazing job ensuring that we felt welcome! Ron was very professional explained everything to us our options, possible outcomes. He made us feel comfortable answering any questions that we had. I am looking forward to working with him as I move forward with buying my first home! So if you are on the market I would definitely stop by and ask for him by name.
