  Our experience with Ron Wilkins was very good! He worked extremely hard trying to help us. Our situation didn't work out but if anything changes and we're able to purchase our home, we'll be back to see Ron!!

  Purchased house from Clayton homes hendersonville nc and so glad we did Ron Wilkins was Great!!! Everything has went smoothly and quickly We definitely would recommend working with Ron hes awesome!!! We will definitely be back Ron thank you for everything!!   Me and my wife have been working with Ron Wilkins and he has been very helpful and has worked really well with us as we went through the process of getting our first home.

  If I could rate the sales part separate from everything else I would. James was our sales man and was amazing, and Don the service manager is phenomenal with interior things that needed some tweaking. But that’s the only positive I can say. Our driveway has been washed away three times total now. Our back yard continuously floods and it reaches our heat pump and has now been going under the house into the crawl space. We have reached out about this issue quite a few times and they keep claiming nothing can be done. Our grading has been done very poorly. After our budget and everything was said and done the original grading company backed out and they had a different one, but the new company had higher rates meaning they could only do so much. But with that being said it would make sense for Clayton to provide the rest of the funding to do what was originally planned. But instead we got terrible grading and constant flooding and paying out of pocket having to keep bandaiding their mistakes.

  Its really bothersome that I once again have to come to this review page. It is in best interest not to buy your home with clayton homes. Between all of the issues with our "newly built" clayton home that still continues to pop up even a year later and the current issue. In May we recieved a expired check(by a year by the way), from clayton homes which was a return of our "good faith" deposit. It is now july, a check had been "issued" but has not been recieved, after weeks of waiting and i do mean weeks, 8 weeks to be exact. Everytime we call/text there is an excuse or no response, or we get told they will call us back and do not. I would hate to file a small claim lawsuit against clayton homes, but at this rate it seems that may be our only choice. Please do not purchase with clayton homes if you are expecting a house that wont have issues and good faith from them to work in a professional mature manner, like they expected the good faith deposit from us.
