  Buying a house can be a stressful experience but not if Melody Morgan is your realtor. Melody is always so upbeat and friendly behind that professional demeanor. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area since she is a native. We were house hunting from out of state so always sending her questions about properties. Melody was quick to respond with helpful information and once we were under contract, she stayed on top of every detail and kept it all in on schedule. Wonderful experience working with Melody!

  I highly recommend Melody who is one of the owners for your real estate needs. Not only is she familiar with the entire area and can find whatever you need. But she also has excellent contacts to help with mortgages, which I found invaluable. I've used other realtors in the area to no avail. But Melody made my dream home possible. It really helps to have someone who knows, not only the area, but other people that can help you get the job done.

  My experience with Sonja Silver's Realty could not have been better! We were fortunate enough to have Mel as our agent and she is just the best. She had answers to all of our questions, she always answered our calls and went above and beyond to help us in every way she could. She connected us with any vendors and inspectors that we needed. We literally had to do nothing because Mel took care of everything we needed. We really couldn't ask for a better experience!

  I am writing this review from a unique perspective: Jason Whitaker wasn’t even our agent—he represented the sellers in our recent transaction. Even from the other side of the closing table, his professionalism and expertise were impossible to ignore. Real estate deals are notorious for their "twists and turns," but Jason navigated every hurdle with incredible knowledge and ease. It is rare to find an agent who operates with such a high level of integrity.
