  I cannot say enough good things about Mel. She went truly above and beyond to help make my dream of owning a place in Hayesville a reality. This was not the easiest project, and there were plenty of moving parts, challenges, and unexpected issues along the way. Mel never backed away from any of it. She was incredibly responsive, proactive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me get to the finish line. What impressed me most was how much she cared about making this work for me. She consistently did far more than I ever expected from a realtor, stepped in when things got complicated, and was there to help navigate the process every step of the way. I always felt like she had my back. Buying this property was a big dream of mine, and Mel played a huge part in making it happen. I am incredibly grateful for everything she did and for the time, effort, and care she put into the entire process. If you're looking for a realtor who will truly go the extra mile and treat your purchase like it matters to her personally, I would recommend Mel without hesitation.   I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about Melody Morgan. From the very beginning, Mel made the entire process of finding our perfect home feel easy, exciting, and completely stress-free. She listened to what we wanted, understood what mattered to us, and genuinely cared about finding the right home for us, not just making a sale. Once we found “the one,” she was on top of absolutely everything. She guided us through every inspection, kept everything moving, answered every question we had, and used her experience to make sure we always knew what was happening and what came next. She truly was our guiding path through the entire process. By the time we got to closing, it was honestly the easiest part of buying a home because Mel had already made sure everything was taken care of. What makes her even more special is that she never made us feel like just another client. She celebrated this home right along with us, and that meant more than she probably realizes. We didn’t just gain our perfect home through this experience, we gained a friend.   Five Stars Isn't Nearly Enough! We cannot say enough good things about Sonja Silvers Real Estate and, especially, Larry Silvers. We initially contacted Larry because we were interested in the Murphy, Hayesville, and Franklin area. We were very upfront with him that we weren't actually ready to buy yet. We simply wanted to explore the area, see some properties, and get a feel for whether this was somewhere we could eventually call home. Larry didn't hesitate to help us. He spent two full days with us, Friday and Saturday, showing us around the area and taking us through eight different homes, never knowing whether we would ever come back or whether we'd actually purchase anything. There was absolutely no pressure. Larry was patient, incredibly knowledgeable about the area, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right place. Well, as it turned out, we found it! We fell in love with a home, decided to move up our timeline, and put in an offer. Once our offer was accepted, Larry stepped up yet again. Because we currently live out of state, buying a home from hundreds of miles away could have been incredibly stressful. Instead, Larry has made the process so much easier. He's helped coordinate inspections and other details and has even met inspectors at the property on our behalf when we couldn't be there ourselves. What impressed us most is that Larry treated us the same way when we were “just looking” as he did once we became serious buyers. He never pressured us, never made us feel like we were wasting his time, and never treated us like we were simply another commission. He earned our trust. Our experience with Sonja Silvers Real Estate has been absolutely exceptional. Larry is knowledgeable, responsive, honest, patient, and genuinely cares about his clients. It's obvious that this business represents something much more personal to him than simply selling houses. We're looking forward to closing on our new home and finally becoming part of the Hayesville community. And after everything Larry has done for us, we're hoping that when we finally move to the area, we've gained not just an outstanding realtor, but a friend.
